Kate, 24, and James, 25, certainly were not shy with the PDA at the event and good for them! The loved-up pair have been dating since September 2006.

A headband-rocking Kate Bosworth, 24, seems to have gained a few pounds as she dines alone at a French restaurant in the SoHo neighborhood of New York City on Friday afternoon.

Kate’s upcoming drama 21 co-stars Kevin Spacey and Laurence Fishburne and is based on the true story of MIT students who made millions of dollars by counting cards playing blackjack in Las Vegas. Out March 21, 2008.

Kate Bosworth stomps onto the rail thin scene as the cover girl for the April 2007 issue of V Magazine as photographed by Mario Sorrenti. This issue hits newsstands this Thursday, March 8.

Kate, 24, has a film coming out later this year called The Girl in the Park co-starring Keri Russell and Sigourney Weaver and directed by David Auburn. Here’s a brief synopsis:

Enduringly traumatized by the disappearance of her 3-year-old daughter 15 years ago, Julia Sandburg (Weaver) has cut herself off from anyone once near and dear to her, including her husband Doug and her son Chris, who tried for years to penetrate her wall of isolation and despair, without success. But when Julia meets Louise (Bosworth), a troubled young woman with a checkered past, all Julia’s old psychic wounds painfully resurface, as does her illogical and increasingly irrational hope that Louise may be the daughter she lost so long ago.

Kate Bosworth, wearing a brunette wig, was spotted filming in NYC yesterday on the set of The Girl in the Park with co-star Sigourney Weaver. I hope it’s the eye make-up and not anything else that’s making Kate look a little out of it. The legs still look like twigs though! Keri Russell (not pictured) also stars in this film, which is due out in 2007.

Kate Bosworth was spotted leaving a Tommy Hilfiger party last night with her British male model boyfriend James Rousseau and gal pal Lindsay Lohan. (Kate & James were spotted in NYC’s Greenwich Village last month.) Last night was the opening of designer Tommy Hilfiger’s new store on Rue Saint Honore in Paris, France.
