Kate Middleton enjoys a night with her friends on Thursday night at a restaurant in West London, and then head off to Boujis partying up until the early hours.

Kate recently pulled out of a charity fund raising race to France because of “safety” concerns. She was supposed to be part of the all-female crew of the Sisterhood, which will race against the Brotherhood, crewed by men. The Sisterhood will be using a traditional Chinese dragon boat to row across the 21-mile English Channel.

A spokeswoman for the women’s team, Sisterhood, said: “Kate Middleton has withdrawn from the race due to security issues surrounding the recent media circus.”

Fellow crew member Emma Sayle only had nice things to say about Kate: “[She’s] very gifted and capable… not on the team as a token celebrity. She’s fitted in well as she’s such a nice down-to-earth girl.”

These self-proclaimed “ordinary girls achieving extraordinary things” will race will from Shakespeare Beach, which is west of Dover Harbour, and last for 22 miles until Cap Gris Nez, located west of Calais.

After another night out partying in London on Thursday (black sequin shift dress), Kate Middleton hit the Thames River again on Friday morning.

The brunette beauty paddled again with the Scion Sisters to continue training. They’re attempting to be the first all-female team to row across the English Channel in a traditional Chinese Dragon Boat next month. The Scion Sisterhood has been practicing a lot lately.

Miss Middleton and the girls hope to raise money for the Babes In Arms Appeal and Chase Ben Hollioake Fund.

The on/off-girlfriend of Prince William is hoping to break a Guinness world record by being among the first all-female crew to row across the English Channel for the charity race in a Chinese dragon boat (while beating an all-boys crew who call themselves The Brotherhood). You can join Kate and the sisters at the exclusive Adam Street Club on August 3 to help kick them off from Shakespeare Beach.

Former school friend Alicia Fox-Pitt said, “Kate’s been training with us. All being well she will be in the boat. She is a very gifted sportswoman and we played a lot of sport together at school.”

Fellow crew member Emma Sayle added, “Kate’s perfect material for our team. She’s stunning and very feminine but is incredibly sporty. She’s the kind of girl who can take part in a triathlon, get covered in mud and an hour later emerge in a ball dress looking flawless.”
