Speaking of Kate Middleton, the former princess in training headed to work with a gal pal on a sunny morning in London on Wednesday.

After catching some construction workers checking her out, Kate, 25, cracked a smile and laughed about it with her girlfriend.

But she won’t be at this job for much longer! Reports came in last week that Kate will be moving to the states to work for designer Tom Ford in New York City.

“The rumor is that Kate might be some sort of consultant or public relations person,” one source has said. “She enjoys fashion and has an eye for it although she doesn’t consider herself a fashionista.”

Her split with the Prince, following a five-year romance, was announced last weekend.

Prince William and girlfriend Kate Middleton have called it quits after nearly five years together.

The couple had reached an “amicable agreement” to separate, UK’s The Sun newspaper reported Saturday.

The split is said to have been caused by Prince William’s career in the army and pressures by the media (there was much speculation about wedding plans).

Prince William, 24, and Kate, 25, last appeared together on the horse tracks at Cheltenham Festival on March 13.

The weekend before that, the couple hit the slopes in Switzerland for a ski trip together.

So ladies, Prince William is single again!!!!!!

Upon leaving their Swiss Alps resort, Wills‘ gorgeous girlfriend Kate reportedly had a run-in with another skier. ICE one, Kate! The two knocked each other down, covering themselves in head-to-toe snow. Luckily, neither party was injured!

Wills, 24, and Kate, 25, are said to be staying in a $33,000-per-week chalet during their week-long break with friends in the exclusive Swiss resort of Zermatt.
