After a long vacation in California, Kate Moss departs from Los Angeles International Airport on Tuesday.

The UK’s Glamour magazine has released its annual best-dressed women list, where Kate Moss beat out fellow Brit Sienna Miller and Scarlett Johansson.

Kate, 34, also beat out actress Jessica Alba and singer Beyonce Knowles.

“Kate’s back with a vengeance,” said Jo Elvin, editor of Glamour. “Her maverick approach to fashion is an inspiration and shows us all how to be a little more daring and experimental.”

Kate Moss takes her daughter, Lila Grace, 5 1/2, and friends around Malibu, Calif. on Wednesday.

The mother-daughter duo stopped by Lily’s Cafe and shopped in the Heathercliff Market. According to the Daily Mail, Kate, 34, and boyfriend Jamie Hince of the band The Kills, recently returned to London from Amsterdam, where they reportedly announced plans to marry.

Kate allegedly let the news slip as she and Jamie emerged “grinning” from a bar in the city, it has been claimed. The pair are reported to be organizing a wedding for September.

Amidst rampant speculation, British cosmetics company Rimmel, has denied rumors about plans to drop the 34-year-old model from the face of the brand and replace her with British TV Presenter Alexa Chung.

“Kate remains the face of Rimmel London and will continue to appear in campaigns for the foreseeable future,” said Rimmel spokeswoman Emmanuelle Bonte. “Rimmel London has no plans to replace Kate. We are very happy with the collaboration.”
