The 31-year-old actress was accompanied by her stylist, Jeanne Yang (pictured below). The twosome spent the day working on Holmes & Yang, their hot new fashion line that only is produced in NY.

“Hermès Man on Madison” stands directly across the street from the U.S. flagship store. It’s located at 690 Madison Avenue and is dedicated to men’s ready-to-wear and accessories.

Other celebs in attendance: Martha Stewart and Kevin Bacon (along with wife Kyra Sedgwick).

Katie Holmes bundles up as she walks through New York City on Tuesday (February 9).

The 31-year-old actress kept warm with a cozy hat and matching long scarf as she made her way through the city.

Katie is in a much chillier climate than she was in over the weekend - she, hubby Tom Cruise and daughter Suri visited Miami for the Super Bowl on Sunday!

Tom and Katie also attended a pre-Super Bowl party hosted by Creative Arts Agency before heading to the big game!

Tom and Katie were spotted hanging out with Alex Rodriguez and Cameron Diaz at the Super Bowl Party hosted by the Creative Artists Agency.

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes pose together at the Super Bowl Party hosted by Creative Artists Agency at the W Hotel: South Beach on Saturday (February 6) in Miami Beach, Florida.

“Katie greeted guests that she receiving royality,” one partygoer witnessed. “She was extremely gracious.” Jessica Alba, Cameron Diaz, Kate Walsh, Olivia Munn and Joel Madden hung out with Tom and Katie in the private room at the Pop Chips-sponsored CAA party.

Tom was also spotted with his daughter Suri Cruise and son Connor Cruise at Super Bowl XLIV on Sunday (February 7).

Katie Holmes carries her daughter, Suri Cruise, out of a dance studio on Wednesday (January 28) in Los Angeles.

The 31-year-old actress and Suri, 3, wore matching outfits while out on the town together. Suri looked like she was sad to leave dance!

Katie just returned home after a trip to Utah for the Sundance Film Festival, where she premiered The Romantics.

Suri’s proud papa, Tom Cruise, was spotted filming action sequences for his forthcoming film, Knight and Day, in Long Beach, Calif.

Katie Holmes, wearing her favorite long wool Longchamp coat and H&M denim shirt, cracks a smile as she leaves a screening of The Romantics at the Library Centre in Park City, Utah on Wednesday (January 27).

The 31-year-old actress and her fellow cast members recently shared with MTV that they spent their downtime together dancing!

“I’ll never forget that dance party we had at that lunch hour,” Romantics actor Elijah Wood said. “Oh my God, it was so fun. Instead of trailers on the film — we were in a relatively rural, small area — we ended up having holding houses.

“One lunch break, instead of going to lunch, we decided to have a party at one of the holding houses,” Elijah shared. “There was a little iPod dock, and we played very loud music and danced. And the girls were amazing.”

Katie shared that her favorite dance move to do is shimmying! “I like to shimmy,” she said. “It’s when you move your shoulders. It all goes back to the basic, and then you expand from there.”

Katie Holmes cozies up to her Romantics co-stars at the 2010 Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah on Tuesday (January 26).

The cast, including Elijah Wood, Malin Akerman, Adam Brody, Josh Duhamel, was treated to a celebratory dinner hosted by Magaschoni at Stein Erickson Lodge - guests chatted with industry moguls and cast members and enjoyed cocktails and dinner.

The chairs were cloaked in Magaschoni cashmere wraps and scarves - lucky partygoers got to take home the warm wraps for themselves!

Katie Homes shows off her sexy smile while attending the The Extra Man premiere during the 2010 Sundance Film Festival at Eccles Center Theatre in Park City, Utah on Monday (January 25).

The 31-year-old is in the Beehive state to promote two films, The Extra Man (co-starring John C. Reily and Kevin Kline) and The Romantics (co-starring Josh Duhamel, Anna Paquin and Elijah Wood.
