Keira Knightley attends the Laurence Olivier Awards Nominees Luncheon Party held at Haymarket Hotel in London, England on Tuesday (March 2).

The 24-year-old English actress is nominated for Best Actress in a Supporting Role for her work in the theater production of The Misanthrope.

In the modern theatrical adaptation of Molière’s comedy, Keira plays a Hollywood actress having an affair with a British writer, played by Band of Brothers‘ Damian Lewis.

The winners for the Laurence Olivier Awards, which honors actors and productions in London theater, will be announced on March 21.

FYI: Keira wore a beige silk lady printed blouse with a red collar, a black silk puppy printed skirt, and black satin platform shoes all from Miu Miu.

Keira Knightley leaves the London’s Comedy Theater and gives fans a memorable night as she signs autographs on Thursday (February 4).

The 24-year-old Pirates Of The Caribbean actress has been appearing in the updated production of Moliere’s 17 century satire The Misanthrope at the theater.

Keira was recently joined by Orlando Bloom as another actor who is confirmed to not return for Pirates of the Caribbean 4.

Most recently, actor Mackenzie Crook, who plays a hapless one-eyed pirate, has also stated that he will most likely not be returning as well.

Keira Knightley graces the cover of Elle magazine’s March 2010 issue, on newsstands Tuesday, February 16.

On her character in The Misanthrope: “Jennifer’s kind of a crazy mix of being a complete b—- - confident and terrifying - yet she’s incredibly young and is probably being exploited way more than she actually realizes.”

On criticism of her acting: “Oh, they still say that! Every time I do an interview with the English press, one of their questions is, ‘How do you feel knowing that everyone thinks you’re a s— actress?’”

On surrounding herself with people who will tell her the truth: “You have to be selective about the people whose advice and opinions you take. I know [my parents] would never tell me I was s— because they were trying to hurt me. It would always come from a very sincere place.”

The 24-year-old actress will reportedly play the role of Zelda Fitzgerald, the wife of American writer Francis Scott Fitzgerald, in a movie about their love affair entitled The Beautiful and the Damned (also the title of one of his books). The film will reportedly begin shooting later this year in Croatia.

It has been speculated that Leonardo DiCaprio may take the lead role as F. Scott Fitzgerald.

Keira Knightley leaves the Comedy Theatre after her performance of The Misanthrope to a crowd of eager fans awaiting her outside on Monday (January 25).

The 24-year-old British beauty insists on having a bodyguard to protect her from strangers and overzealous fans. “Keira says she needs him,” one of the actress’s friends told the Telegraph. “They have become good friends.”

“I got such a shock, I couldn’t say anything and this guy took incredible offense and started hurling the most amazing abuse,” Keira said of one man who startled her and verbally abused her. “It’s a weird thing to have to deal with, not on a day-to-day basis, but it has happened enough to make me quite jumpy. I’ve never managed to get used to people recognizing me.”

Keira Knightley enjoys a late dinner with her boyfriend Rupert Friend in London, England on Tuesday (January 12).

The pair are both appearing in different West End theatre productions, but made time to enjoy a bite to eat at J.Sheekey’s restaurant. Keira, 24, arrived at 10pm, while Rupert, 28, arrived an hour after. The normally camera-shy pair left together at 12:30am.

Last month, it was announced that Keira will star in a new film about the psychoanalyst Sigmund Freud, The Talking Cure.

Keira Knightley keeps warm in a Burberry Prorsum coat as she signs autographs outside the stage door of London’s Comedy Theatre on Tuesday and Friday (January 8).

The 24-year-old British actress is set to star alongside Austrian actor Christoph Waltz in a new film about the psychoanalyst Sigmund Freud, The Talking Cure.

Keira will reportedly play Sabina Spielrein, a Russian-Jewish psychiatric patient, who is said to have inspired some of Carl Jung and Freud’s most remarkable discoveries. The film will be based on the play of the same name by British playwright Christopher Hampton.
