Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban are spotted leaving the Broadway play God of Carnage on Wednesday (May 27) in New York City.

The couple has just sold their hacienda for $13.2 million to a former Sydney stockbroker, almost $7 million less than what they were expecting to get when they listed it a year ago. Kidman, 41, and Urban, 41, sold it because they wanted a home with more outdoor space for their daughter, Sunday Rose, The Australian reports. They bought half the house in 1995 for $4.2 million, and the other half in 1998 for $4.75 million, making a profit of $4.25 million.

Kidman will be among the presenters at the 63rd annual Tony Awards at Radio City Music Hall, New York City, on June 7.

Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman take turns carrying their daughter Sunday Rose on Wednesday (May 6) in Santa Monica, Calif.

The 41-year-old singer is currently on a North American tour promoting his new album “Defying Gravity.”

Nicole has just appeared in a new French commercial for Schweppes with Slumdog Millionaire star Rubina Ali. The commercial was filmed at the Lake Palace in Udaipur, India, was produced by Ridley Scott, and directed by the Oscar-nominated Shekhar Kapur.

Nicole Kidman keeps in shape as she heads to the gym with her husband, Keith Urban in Nashville, Tenn. on Monday (April 26).

In case you missed it, little daughter, Sunday Rose, came out to play with mommy Nicole and wore a cute hat on Saturday afternoon!

Nic, 41, stepped out in Nashville to support the March of Dimes yesterday along with Kelly Clarkson.

Sunday Rose, the 9-month-old daughter of Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban, enjoys a day at Gymboree Play & Music center in Nashville, Tenn., with her nanny on Saturday (April 25).

Nicole and Keith (both 41) were seen getting their caffeine fix at Starbucks coffee shop in Nashville.

On April 22, Nicole was seen running errands with a girlfriend. The pair shopped at Whole Foods grocery store before stopping for a bite to eat at Ruby Tuesday restaurant.

Nicole Kidman and country crooner husband Keith Urban may soon have a new addition to the family: an alpaca!

The couple (both 41) took their daughter, Sunday Rose, 9 months, to see the llama look-alike at a farm in Sydney on April 12.

“They were looking to buy one but ended up not doing it that day,” an onlooker tells Life & Style. Sunday probably wasn’t too disappointed. “She spent most of the time sleeping,” notes the onlooker.

The trio just spent Easter weekend at their Sutton Forrest farm in New South Wales Southern Highlands.

Proud parents Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban take their daughter Sunday, 9 months, for a drive up to visit the animals at an Alpacas farm close to their Sutton Forrest home near Syndey, Australia on Wednesday (April 15).

The trio was accompanied by Nic’s parents Antony and Janelle.

On Sunday, the entire family participated in an Easter egg hunt at Nic’s sister’s home.

Nicole Kidman and her superstar country music husband Keith Urban spend Easter Sunday morning (April 12) with their daughter Sunday, 9 months, and Nicole’s family in Syndey, Australia.

The trio spent time with Nic’s younger sister Antonia and her two sons Hamish “Hamey” and James on their new Southern Highlands property grounds. Looks like the entire family enjoyed a day of games including an Easter egg hunt!
