Reality TV star Heidi Montag will perform during the 2009 Miss Universe Pageant on August 23 on NBC, reports Access Hollywood.

The 22-year-old aspiring pop star will perform the song “Turn Ya Head” off her debut album, Unleashed. Other performers for the pageant include Flo Rida, Kelly Rowland (inset) and French DJ David Guetta.

The Miss Universe Pageant will be co-hosted by Access host Billy Bush and Celebrity Apprentice star Claudia Jordan.

Former Destiny’s Child member Kelly Rowland, designer Isaac Mizrahi and Senior Vice President of IMG Fashion Fern Mallis will serve as judges and host Bravo’s upcoming design show, The Fashion Show.

The Project Runway-replacement follows professional designers as they compete for a chance to have their designs sold by a major retail outlet. The designers will face off in challenges and have their fate determined not only by the judges, but also by a studio audience.

It was announced last year that Project Runway would be moving to Lifetime.

Kelly Rowland and her manager, Matthew Knowles, are going their separate ways.

Knowles says in a statement: “After a very positive meeting between Kelly Rowland and myself, we have amicably agreed to end our professional relationship. My company, Music World, will continue to manage Destiny’s Child as a group. As an artist Kelly has incredible talent and I only wish her the best. We will always be family first and foremost and as a dad I can only have love for Kelly.”

Kelly also released a statement, saying, “Matthew Knowles has been a positive influence in my career. I have had great success under his guidance–both as a member of Destiny’s Child and with my solo projects. Although we have decided to part ways professionally, the Knowles family and the entire Music World Entertainment team will always be my family.”

Knowles still manages the careers of his daughters, Beyonce and Solange.

Earlier this year, the 27-year-old singer admitted to getting breast implants, bringing her “from an A-cup to a B-cup. I didn’t want to have double Ds and be a little bitty size 2 — that would look nuts! I was sick of not fitting into my tops. There was this one really hot House of Dereon top (designed by Beyonce’s mom, Tina Knowles) that I just wanted to fill that out! [After the surgery,] I put it on and I looked so good! I’m so happy. I feel complete.”

Tennis champ Serena Williams and former Destiny’s Child member Kelly Rowland hit Miami Beach together on Friday afternoon.

Serena, 27, has a book called “Queen of the Court” scheduled for release Christmas 2009.

Mike Jones, Simon & Schuster’s editorial director for non-fiction said of the book, “It’s a fantastic story about her background and how both her sister [Venus] and she were pushed into becoming winners by their father. She has huge appeal because of what she has achieved during her career. This book goes beyond tennis fans. She’s a top athlete with a really great personality and interesting story behind her.”

“So many people have asked myself, Beyonce and Michelle the questions about another Destiny’s Child reunion and I don’t know when that is right now,” Kelly explained to Take40.

“Everybody is basically dibbling dabbling in their own things and I’m excited about it as well and supportive of each other above anything. And I think as long as that support system is there then everybody really has nothing to worry about. We’re forever friends whether people see us singing songs together or not.”

Kelly Rowland tells People in its March 17 issue that she had breast implants last October, bringing her “from an A-cup to a B-cup.”
