Nick Jonas, Kevin Jonas and Joe Jonas partner with Bayer Diabetes Care in a press conference at the W Hotel in New York City on Wednesday to encourage young people to proactively manage their diabetes (Nick has this condition).

The Jonas Brothers meet with student and fan Brooke Odom in Charlotte, North Carolina last week.

Brooke, 18, won the national Breakfast BREAKS Video Contest and had the time of her life last week when she met Kevin, Joe and Nick.

She received a special guided tour backstage at their concert, went on board their tour bus and even picked up one of their guitars on stage before the show. The once-in-a-lifetime experience was filmed by the Jonas Brothers’ official videographer and will be online soon where you can watch Brooke take the guided tour, meet the JoBros and see all the interesting places Breakfast BREAKS were backstage.

The Breakfast BREAKS Video Contest was launched earlier this year and asked kids to create a video communicating why eating a nutritious breakfast everyday is important. Brooke beat out more than 1,000 entries from kids across the country with a video that was a mini-musical complete with an original song and choreography. The Jonas Brothers‘ music video “Burnin Up” has been nominated for 2008 Video Music Award’s “Best Pop Video”, sources confirm exclusively to JustJared.com.

The other nominees up for the golden moon man include Britney Spears‘ “Piece of Me,” Danity Kane’s “Damaged,” Tokio Hotel’s “Ready, Set, Go!”and Panic at the Disco’s “Nine in the Afternoon”. The announcement will be made on tonight’s live episode of FN MTV Premieres @ 8PM ET/PT along with the rest of the nominees for Best Hip Hop.

Kevin, 20, Joe, 18, and Nick, 15, will also be debuting the second single from their new album, A Little Bit Longer, during the VMAs, which will air live from Paramount Studios in Los Angeles on Sunday, September 7, 2008 @ 9PM (Live ET/Tape Delayed PT).

With a wildly popular tour and a new record expected to sell millions, Nick, 15, Joe, 18, and Kevin, 20, make up “The Clean Teen Machine”. Here’s an excerpt from the mag’s feature article on what differentiates each of the JoBros:

Kevin, 20, Joe, 18, and Nick, 15, announced that they will be debuting the second single from their new album, A Little Bit Longer, during the MTV Video Music Awards. The 2008 VMAs will air live from Paramount Studios in Los Angeles and one-time only in its original format on Sunday, September 7, 2008 @ 9PM (Live ET/Tape Delayed PT).

“It’s going to be an exciting performance,” says Nick. “We’re going to involve the fans in it.”

The Jonas Brothers celebrate Independence Day by kicking off the North American leg of their “Burnin’ Up Tour” at the Molson Amphitheatre on Friday, July 4th, in Toronto, Canada.

Nick, Kevin and Joe’s Camp Rock costar Demi Lovato opened up the show for them. Demi’s BFF Selena Gomez arrived in Toronto with her yesterday.
