Heroes cutie Hayden Panettiere poses at the doors of central London’s Radio 1 studios on Friday after taping a segment for the Chris Moyles show. In addition to a fabulous purple bag and Loubutin slingbacks, Hayden’s showing off a sparkly red mug autographed with: “To Hayden, I love you. CHRIS.” (Our sentiments exactly).

What can you tell us about your role?
[Elle] comes in with a bang. She’s a bit of a criminal in the beginning. I’m not even sure if they know whether she’s going to be bad or good. She has a link to H.R.G. and Peter. She becomes integral to the mystery on the show.

Bell is not only excited to join the Heroes gang, but also looks forward to starting a band called Kung-Fu Professor with her new buddy, Greek star Clark Duke. Says Bell, “We’re not sure what we will sound like and we may not be any good, but we do know we will all be wearing cravats.”

Veronica Mars star Kristen Bell has joined the cast of Heroes for a multiepisode arc (Lost did not work out).

According to Variety. “Bell will make her first Heroes appearance in October. She’ll play Elle, a character described as a sexy, mysterious young lady who has ties to the supposed death of Peter, H.R.G.’s past and the future of Claire. Elle will kick off her arc by committing a serious crime, though it’s unclear whether she’s good or bad.”

“This was not easy to pull off,” said Heroes creator-exec producer Tim Kring. “But since we’re an ensemble show, with many arcs playing out through the year, we found a way to jump into a small window in (Bell’s) schedule.”

Kristen Bell sparkled in her red Emanuel Ungaro dress at the preview fashion show for the French fashion brand in Beverly Hills back in March. The Veronica Mars actress finished off her look with a pair of red pumps and clutch.

Catherine Zeta-Jones wore the same red spangled-sequin starburst microdress to the premiere of No Reservations in NYC last week. The Welsh actress finished off her look with strappy black shoes, minimal bling and a black handbag.

Kristen Bell arrives shoot ‘em up style at 2007 Comic-Con held at the San Diego convention center on Thursday in San Diego, Calif.

Kristen, 27, along with writer-director Kyle Newman and co-stars Dan Fogler and Christoopher Maquette presented footage from their upcoming comedy Fanboys, about a group of friends on a mission to steal a copy of Star Wars: Episode 1 - The Phantom Menace from Skywalker Ranch so that their dying friend can see it before he passes away.

Fanboys hits theaters everywhere January 18, 2008.

Kristen Bell, the former babe teenage sleuth on Veronica Mars, films scenes with bed head and bare feet on Thursday on the Los Angeles set of her new romantic comedy Forgetting Sarah Marshall.

Bell, 26, shot scenes alongside her 32-year-old co-star Russell Brand (English radio and television personality), who donned some tight leather pants and some crazy-colored tops. (Kristen also filmed scenes for this same movie in Hawaii about a month ago in a bikini.)

Bell will also be lending her voice talents as the narrator of the upcoming TV series Gossip Girl, The CW’s reincarnation of The O.C. (also created by mastermind Josh Schwartz).

Former Veronica Mars star Kristen Bell goes bikini-clad, shooting scenes for her forthcoming film Forgetting Sarah Marshall at the Turtle Bay Resort Hotel in Hawaii.

Forgetting Sarah Marshall tells the story of a devastated Peter (Jason Segel) taking a Hawaii vacation in order to deal with recent break-up with his TV star girlfriend, Sarah (Bell). Little does he know Sarah’s traveling to the same resort as her ex … and she’s bringing along her new boyfriend.

Bell, 26, is also set to lend her voice talents as the narrator of the upcoming TV series Gossip Girl, The CW’s reincarnation of The O.C. (also created by mastermind Josh Schwartz).
