• Rob Lowe and his wife are suing their former nanny, claiming she told secrets and lies about their family. The complaint filed Monday in a Los Angeles Superior Court asks for at least $1,000,000 in damages and charges Laura Boyce with violating a confidentiality agreement, defamation and infliction of emotional distress on the former West Wing star; his wife, Sheryl; and their two sons. Boyce was hired to take care of their sons for most of 2007 before she quit in November, according to the complaint.
• The jury at the inquest into Princess Diana’s death yesterday decided that she and Dodi Fayed’s died because of reckless driving by their chauffer and the paparazzi that followed them. Diana’s sons, Princes William and Harry, thanked the jurors in a statement yesterday and said they agreed with verdict.

Bell, 27, would star as one of the daughters on ABC’s Outrageous Fortune remake, and that Rene Russo is very close to signing on as the mother. The central plot of the series is that a family of criminals decide to go straight after the father is jailed.

Jon Heder (Napoleon Dynamite) and Josh Duhamel (Transformers) have recently joined Kristen and the rest of the cast in the romantic comedy, When In Rome. Dax Shepard and Anjelica Huston have already been confirmed for the film.

The story is reportedly set in New York City where a young art curator (Bell) finds herself aggressively pursued by a band of wannabe lovers after she steals coins from a Roman fountain. Duhamel will play the movie’s romantic lead. The movie is tentatively scheduled to release sometime next year.

Kristen Bell joins fellow Heroes costar Hayden Panettiere at Old Navy’s Celebration of “New Year, New Old Navy” on Thursday at NYC’s Eyebeam Atelier (a not-for-profit arts and technology center).

“We’re launching more than just a new line,” said Old Navy spokeswoman Rebecca Weill. “We’re celebrating, really, a whole new Old Navy. We’re more fashion-forward and on-trend than ever before but don’t worry - we still carry all the great basics that customers know and love.”

Kristen, 27, was seen playing with the baby and helping the mother load the baby into the car. She even held the diaper bag!

The official website for her upcoming movie is now online: Forgetting Sarah Marshall. The comedy romance, which also stars Bill Hader, Jonah Hill and Paul Rudd, is set for an April 18 release.
