Kristin Cavallari attends the launch of the LG Scarlet HDTV Series held at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood on Monday.

Hollywood celebrities and international media gathered at Scarlet TV Series Premiere Event to attend what they believed was the world premiere of David Nutter’s latest project, “Scarlet.” Promoted as “The Hit New TV Series,” the Scarlet project appeared to star Natassia “Scarlet” Malthe, a multicultural actress with unique, mysterious and yet universal charm, as the title character.

As the screening room went dark, the Scarlet trailer that had been seen on TV and online ran, followed by a making-of and behind-the-scenes feature. This was followed by another 60-second trailer for Scarlet, similar to the first one, but with a twist: in this one, Scarlet was clearly not what she seemed. Now, for the first time, the audience learned the secret behind the campaign – that “Scarlet, The Hit New TV Series” wasn’t about a new drama, but in fact referred to a series of new Full HD LCD TVs by LG Electronics.

Kristin Cavallari and Rumer Willis will join Rob Schneider (Deuce Bigalow), in an indie ensemble comedy entitled Wild Cherry, reports Variety.

Rob Schneider will play the father of a high school senior who’s decided to lose her virginity to her boyfriend, the football’s team kicker.

But when she finds out the boyfriend’s only interested in her for the sake of the team’s “bang book,” she and her best friends plan their revenge inspired by the Greek play Lysistrata.

Kristin Cavallari arrives at the Street Kings Los Angeles premiere held at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre on Thursday.

Street Kings is a police thriller directed by David Ayer where Keanu Reeves plays Tom Ludlow, a veteran LAPD Vice Detective.

Kristin, 21, can be seen in Gavin DeGraw’s latest music video “I’m in Love with a Girl,” where she plays a Wal-Mart employee who plays around with artist Gavin hours after work while still in the store. This is the second time that former Laguna Beach hottie Kristin Cavallari has starred as a love interest in a music video.
