Here’s a fun contest!

– Watch country newcomer Laura Bell Bundy’s new “Giddy On Up” video.

– Teach yourself the dance and film yourself doing your best version of the Giddy On Up dance (at least 60 seconds) and post to YouTube.

– Fill out the entry form with a link to your YouTube vid.

LBB will judge the videos and winners will be notified early March. FIVE winners will win a trip to Nashville in March 2010 and dance in a special re-shoot of the “Giddy On Up” video to air on CMT. Get those entries in!!!

Laura Bell Bundy brings her own brand of sex appeal to country music as she debuts the song “I’m No Good For You” at Splash bar in New York City’s Flatiron district on Saturday (February 6).

The 28-year-old country newcomer also belted out her first single “Giddy On Up” and debuted another new song called “Boyfriend.” She’s like Carrie Underwood and Taylor Swift’s sexy big sister!

LBB will be back at Splash TONIGHT (February 8) to host Musical Mondays. If you’re a fan of theater, you’re bound to have a blast. YEE-HAW!!!

Giddy on up - Laura Bell Bundy is coming to NYC this weekend to rock the house!

The 28-year-old singer is headed to Flatiron district hotspot Splash for two performances! Saturday (February 6), LBB will perform her hit “Giddy On Up” and other tracks from her upcoming album with backup dancers and singers!

Monday, (February 8), Laura will take part in the lounge’s Musical Mondays, which showcases Broadway classics!

Laura Bell Bundy got her big start in Broadway musicals playing Elle Woods in Legally Blonde, Glinda in Wicked and Amber Von Tussle in Hairspray. Now the Kentucky-born performer is now taking on the country music scene. Oh my god, oh my god, you guysss!

Her upcoming album, Achin’ and Shakin’, isn’t out for a few months but the video to her fun first single “Giddy On Up” was just released. The dance sequence is killer! Check it out below and you can buy the song on iTunes, which I just did!!!

FYI: Laura Bell penned all but one of the songs on Achin’ and Shakin’, which is essentially two separate albums. Achin’– a collection of slow and sultry country songs — and Shakin’, a group of sassy songs that are equal parts humor, confidence and attitude.
