The 23-year-old Gossip Girl actress may be hitting up all the NY Fashion Week shows but she’s not sure about Paris Fashion Week yet. “I can’t say right now,” Leighton told Just Jared. “But I think so. I’m, like, 90% sure.”

As for this Sunday’s Emmy Awards, Leighton told JustJared.com, “Yeah, I’m attending. I’ll be presenting Best Guest Appearance with [with my co-star Blake Lively].” More Here! »

Gossip Girl actress Leighton Meester takes a walk through the Meatpacking District of New York City on Monday (September 14) with her super stylist Logan Horne.

At Sunday’s 2009 MTV VMAs, a “jacked up” Jack Black and Leighton presented Best Rock Video to Green Day for “21 Guns.”

Also on Sunday, photographer Scott Schuman featured Logan on his famous fashion blog The Sartorialist because of his “loose layers with shorts.”

FYI: Leighton is wearing a Riller & Fount “Athens” draped mini dress.

The 23-year-old Gossip Girl actress was wearing a sequin petal sleeve shift dress by Christian Cota, Giuseppe Zanotti shoes, a Bottega Veneta clutch, and jewelry by Cathy Waterman.

At the event, Twilight’s Ashley Greene looked at Leighton and said, “You look incredible. I thought you were going to be on the best-dressed list, and I’m sure that you are.”

Leighton also presented an award together with comedian Jack Black.

Actress pals Leighton Meester and Rachel McAdams attends the Altuzarra Spring 2010 show during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week at Milk Studios on Saturday (September 12) in New York City.

Leighton paired her stunning purple Emilio de la Morena dress with matching Proenza Schouler lace-up ankle boots.

Ms. Meester will be attending and presenting at tonight’s 2009 MTV VMAs (she’s nominated for her Cobra Starship collab “When Good Girls Go Bad”).

Leighton Meester stops by NYC’s Ed Sullivan theater on Tuesday (September 8) to tape an appearance on The Late Show with David Letterman (airing Friday). The 23-year-old Gossip Girl actress wore a Lanvin top and pants, Azzedine Alaia belt, Louboutin shoes, Bulgari jewels, and Louis Vuitton clutch.

Afterwards, Leighton attended the series premiere of The Day Before and rubbed shoulders with Proenza Schouler dynamic duo Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez as well as Vogue contributing editor Lauren Santo Domingo. Leighton donned a jumpsuit and bag by Proenza Schouler and red pumps by Brian Atwood.

The Day Before is a four-part series and follows a different designer each week including Sonia Rykiel, Proenza Schouler, Karl Lagerfeld for Fendi, and Jean Paul Gaultier. It debuts TODAY (September 9) on Sundance Channel.

Leighton Meester and on-screen love Ed Westwick head to the Gossip Girl set on Tuesday (September 1) in New York City.

Ed’s character Chuck Bass will have a same-sex smooch with new cast member Neal Bledscoe, who plays Josh Ellis (NYU’s head of freshman affairs).
