Kate Beckinsale goes on a shopping spree with 8-year-old daughter Lily and director hubby Len Wiseman in Santa Monica on Sunday.

The trio shopped at the trendy Fred Segal boutique, bought Deathy Hollows at Borders and saw Harry Potter at the local movie theater.

It was recently reported that critic-turned-director Rod Lurie has cast Kate Beckinsale for the lead role in Nothing but the Truth.

Beckinsale will play a Washington, D.C. female newspaper reporter who outs a CIA agent and is imprisoned for refusing to reveal her source. The tale is an obvious riff on real life events surrounding exposed CIA agent Valerie Plame, and New York Times reporter Judith Miller who went to jail to protect her source.

The honeymoon’s not over!

Kate Beckinsale arrives at LAX Airport on Monday with her family in tow — director hubby Len Wiseman (Live Free or Die Hard) and 8-year-old daughter Lily Sheen.

Kate & Len shared a set of sizzling smooches while waiting for their luggage. Lily didn’t seem to mind, fully engrossed with her Calvin & Hobbes comic book.
