The 23-year-old actress recently had The Insider’s Niecy Nash inside her home and apparently made a very good impression.

“I have to tell you, Lindsay actually won me over,” Niecy said of her meeting. “I know that she’s dealing with a lot of things privately, but when you look around the home it is a direct reflection of some of things that have gone on in the life that we get to see, the public side of things — a lot of the unraveling in the family, a lot of the reckless behavior. But I do believe that she has a desire to clean it all up – the outside, the inside, the career, all of it.”

The 23-year-old actress, who carried swag in a Louis Vuitton suitcase from the back of a taxi, walked with bikini-clad Ali while puffing away on a cancer stick.

Lindsay Lohan keeps it skimpy in a black bikini and a red scarf while walking around Gustavia Harbor with little sister Ali Lohan and stylist BFF Patrick Aufdenkamp and St. Bart’s on Saturday (January 2).

“2010 is about moving forward, not backwards. Leaving the bad (people, habits, and negative energy behind) time to make changes-right!?!? :)” the 23-year-old actress tweeted. “To answer everybody’s question … My new years resolution is to stop letting the lucky few that have my heart, try to constantly tear me down. Everyone get ready for more (but positive-LOHAN MAYHEM!!!!!!!!)”

Lindsay celebrated New Year’s with a party held at Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich’s Gouverneur Bay estate, which was also attended by Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr.

LiLo is set to expand her 6126 leggings label to a full-fledged contemporary apparel line by next year, according to WWD. She is also currently an artistic adviser to the Ungaro brand.
