Lindsay Lohan gets out of her Maserati after getting into a minor car accident on Monday (March 23) in Glendale, Calif.

The 22-year-old actress was not driving, but was sitting as a passenger in the car while her assistant was driving. Lindsay’s assistant hit a Subaru in front of them, damaging the front left of the Maserati. She has had two previous accidents, one in 2005 and the other in 2007.

Lindsay is currently doing community service after an arrest warrant was issued by Beverly Hills Police to complete her sentence for her 2007 mishap.

Lindsay Lohan drinks some Red Bull after she leaves Samantha Ronson’s house on Thursday night (March 19) in Los Angeles.

After leaving Samantha’s house, Lindsay was picked up by an unidentified male in a silver Porche. After briefly attending a private event, Lindsay was driven to Villa Lounge nightclub, where she spent the evening with her male companion.

Lindsay is currently featured in a funny new commercial for the Spring/Summer 2009 ad campaign for Fornarina and is also on the cover of the Spring 2009 issue of Nylon.

Lindsay Lohan is featured in a funny new commercial for the Spring/Summer 2009 ad campaign for Fornarina.

In the ad spot written and directed by Marco Bragaglia, La Lohan is a modern “Alice in Wonderland” who explores three metaphysical settings characterized by fluctuating geometrical shapes with neon colors. The commercial was shot earlier this year in Los Angeles in the famous “Hollywood Center Studios.”

Lindsay Lohan takes the cover of the April 2009 issue of Nylon Magazine and talks about Samantha Ronson, Britney Spears, and her future in the industry.

On Samantha Ronson:
Samantha and I have been living together… and I finally found this great new house in LA – so now we’re closer to each other. It’s literally around the block… I got my license back a week and a half ago. That was a big deal. It’s [restricted], but it just feels so good.

On Britney Spears:
She’s marketed as an entertainer, which is what she is. Not necessarily as, like, an artist. And I respect that about her, cause she doesn’t want to pretend.

On her future:
I’m talking to [lots of people]. One is Sean Penn – I spoke to him again the other day. We’re trying to get Seth Rogen for this project, but Seth won’t call us back. So call us back, Seth, if you’re reading this!

Lindsay Lohan visits a salon in West Hollywood on Monday (March 16) while her lawyer argues in court on her behalf.

On Friday, a $50,000 arrest warrant was issued but was rescinded yesterday, after Lohan’s lawyer showed that she did not break the rules of her rehabilitation program. The original warrant was issued over claims she violated the terms of her parole for drink driving and drug offenses in 2007.

Lohan was said to have missed three days of class in 21 days, but evidence presented by Lohan’s attorney showed she was there and was ordered to return to court on April 3.

An arrest warrant for Lindsay Lohan has been issued Friday by the The Beverly Hills Superior Court stemming from her 2007 DUI arrest.

The 22-year-old wanted woman is currently serving a three-year probation term for her second DUI conviction.

A police statement reads, “In response to media inquiries, [the] Beverly Hills Police Department is confirming a warrant was in fact issued today [March 13] for the arrest of Lindsay Lohan. The $50,000 warrant issued by the Beverly Hills Superior Court stems from a May 2007 arrest of Miss Lohan for DUI and hit-and-run. The circumstances leading to the issuance of the warrant by the court are not readily available at this time. It is our hope that Miss Lohan will surrender herself so that this matter will be resolved in a timely manner.”

UPDATE: Lindsay’s attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, released the following statement: “Since her case was resolved, Ms. Lohan has been in compliance with all the terms and conditions of her probation and all orders of the Court. The warrant issued on Friday was, in our view, born out of a misunderstanding which I am confident I can clear up next week.”
