Jon Hamm surrounds himself with Mad Men babes Elisabeth Moss, Christina Hendricks, and January Jones for the latest cover of Rolling Stone.

Just this past Sunday at the 2010 Emmy Awards, Mad Men picked up two trophies. One for Outstanding Drama and the other for Outstanding Writing For A Drama Series (Matthew Weiner, Erin Levy).

Well deserved!!! But life on set is not always so easy.

“You have to be mentally acute for a significant period of time,” Hamm says, “and that becomes pretty draining.”

He adds about his real life, “I fly very low on the radar. Mark Twain said it: ‘I’d rather say nothing and be thought an idiot than open my mouth and remove all doubt.’ Another Missouri boy, Mark Twain. The petulant, sh–ty movie-star mentality - that burns out pretty quick.”

Christina Hendricks looks smashing in Christian Siriano at the 2010 Primetime Creative Arts Emmy Awards at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on Saturday (August 21) in Los Angeles.

The 35-year-old Mad Men actress was there with her co-star Jon Hamm (pictured below) and series creator Matthew Weiner.

Mad Men is up for Outstanding Casting For A Drama Series and Outstanding Hairstyling For A Single-Camera Series.

FYI: Christina accessorized with Stuart Weitzman black satin platforms and BelaDora jewels — pearl and diamond earrings and diamond and pearl ring.

January Jones and co-star Elisabeth Moss hit the red carpet for the Season 4 premiere of Mad Men in NYC’s Duffy Square on Sunday (July 25).

The 32-year-old Mad Men actress paired her white hot Atelier Versace dress with Brian Atwood pumps.

On Friday, January played a rematch of beer pong against Jimmy Fallon. Unfortunately, January lost for the second time in a row. She really needs to brush up on her ping pong ball throwing skills!

FYI: Elisabeth is wearing Rene Caovilla shoes.

Christina Hendricks looks stunning as she hits the red carpet at the premiere of Mad Men’s fourth season on Tuesday (July 20) at Mann’s Chinese Theater in Hollywood.

The 35-year-old actress wore a black lace, high neck dress and black crochet pumps all by Dolce & Gabbana to the event.

Co-stars Jon Hamm, Elisabeth Moss and Vincent Kartheiser all came out in support of the latest season of the hit AMC show.

Jon Hamm suits up for the season 4 premiere of Mad Men on Tuesday (July 20) at Mann’s Chinese Theater in Hollywood.

The 39-year-old actor brought his sweetie, Jennifer Westfeldt, along with him!

Jon stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live on Tuesday evening and chatted about his first real living arrangement in L.A. “We - me and four other people that I had never met - lived in a rented house that we rented from an 85-year-old ex-soap opera actress,” Jon laughed.

“It was like four bulls in one old lady china shop,” Jon added. “I was sort of nominated as the de facto peacemaker - she lived in New York and maintained this place in L.A. - so whenever she would come back in town, it was my job to intercept her and be, like, ’so those chairs…were they important to you at any point in your life?’”

Recent Emmy nominee Jon Hamm and Rebecca Hall, stars of September’s gritty, Ben Affleck-directed film, The Town, grace W magazine’s August 2010 cover, on stands July 20th. Here are snippets of what the co-stars had to share:

Jon on The Town: “It’s an adult movie. Those are in short supply. I hope that there’s still an audience for that kind of film, where you can go and see adults behaving like adults.”

Jon on what’s sexy: “To be able to read and talk about complicated things is sexy. It’s not just having a pair of bolt-on-tits.”

Rebecca in response to stories implying she had to do with the breakup of Sam Mendes and Kate Winslet’s marriage: “No.” Hamm: “The reality is I broke them up.” Hall: “Jon Hamm was sleeping with Sam Mendes.” W: “Wow. Does a sex tape exist?” Hamm: “Does it? He directed it. It’s beautiful.”

Jon on being a ‘man’s man’ or a ‘ladies man’: “I was raised by a single mother. I think the definition of a man’s man has shifted in recent times to this sort of fratty bro, different from the older version which was aloof and different—Gary Cooper or Cary Grant or James Bond. Now it’s a little vulgar, kind of a lowbrow, adolescent. I’m not that guy. Part of being an adult is treating women like women.”
