Check out the rumored new artwork for MDG, Madonna’s new sunglasses line with Dolce & Gabbana.

The shoot was by captured by celeb photographer (and Madge’s friend) Steven Klein. It looks like these are screen captures from a video. The MDG ads will reportedly run through February 2011.

Madonna also recently sealed a deal with Iconix Brand Group. “Joining forces with Iconix to bring my fashion ideas to consumers is very exciting for me,” said the Material Mom.

Madonna makes a funny face at the RADD & Grey Goose Oscar week dinner party at the SOHO house in Los Angeles on Thursday (March 4).

The party was thrown by Elton John and sponsored by RADD (Rockers Against Drunk Driving). Madonna was seen BFF-ing Heroes hottie Zachary Quinto.

Also in attendance: Jennifer Lopez, Marc Anthony, Eva Longoria, Carey Mulligan, Guy Pearce, Joaquin Phoenix and Natalie Portman.

Tune in after tonight’s Olympics Closing Ceremony @ 10:30PM ET for a special sneak peek of NBC’s new series The Marriage Ref.

The series, hailing from Jerry Seinfeld, features opinionated celebrities, comedians and sports stars who will candidly comment, judge and offer different strategies for real-life couples in the midst of a classic marital dispute.

The celeb panel for tonight’s episode includes Madonna, Larry David (Seinfeld, Curb Your Enthusiasm) and British comedian Ricky Gervais.

Gerard Butler and Madonna arrive at the super exclusive Brahma beer box at Rio de Janeiro’s Sambadrome for the 2010 Carnival competition on Monday (February 15).

They 40-year-old actor and 51-year-old entertainer both wore the box’s ‘abada’ - an official T-shirt needed for entry which each guest traditionally re-stylizes in their own taste. Madonna sat down talking to Jesus Luz as well as others, while Gerard also looks to be having a great time as he watched the incredible floats and dancers go by.

Paris Hilton and boyfriend Doug Reinhardt were also spotted at the festival.

Madonna will appear on NBC’s forthcoming show, The Marriage Ref!

The 51-year-old Material Girl will sit on a celebrity panel of judges to choose a winner in an ongoing family feud between a husband and wife, according to People.

Last month, executive producer and panelist Jerry Seinfeld described the show as a reality show, game panel and a comedy all mixed into one.

Other celeb guests already lined up for the panel include 30 Rock’s Alec Baldwin and Tina Fey.

The Marriage Ref will air beginning Sunday, February 28 on NBC.

Madonna and American fashion designer Tom Ford leave Scott’s restaurant after having dinner together on Tuesday (January 26)

Last year, the 51-year-old entertainer unveiled as the spokesmodel for Dolce & Gabbana’s spring/summer 2010 campaign. Domenico Dolce told W Magazine, “Twenty-five years ago, when we debuted, we made our mark with a very Italian collection, and for spring we felt the time was right to go back to our roots.”

Gabbana said, “There was sort of fear on our behalf of asking Madonna to do anything business. We thought it could impact our relationship, and Madonna is one of the few people we’re really in awe of. To have Madonna in our campaign is a dream come true.”
