Last week, the Material Girl received enormous press as she appeared down in the dumps last week, leaving the Kabbalah Center.

Turning 50 this month, Madonna will be reaching yet another milestone in her life. Her marriage to Guy Ritchie continues to be a much talked about topic on the Internets and beyond.

Madonna and husband Guy Ritchie’s 2-year-old adopted son, David, became a big brother when his birth father, Yohane, and his now wife, Flora, welcomed a new son on July 20.

In Touch has the exclusive pictures, which can be seen below.

“It’s too early to say if he looks like David,” says Yohane, who wants the two brothers to meet.

“I’m confident they will,” he reveals. “It’s my duty as their father to make sure they know about each other and respect and help each other.”

Yohane hasn’t named his new son yet. But talk about milking it!

Madonna appears out of sorts as she leaves a Kabbalah Centre with daughter Lourdes and sons Rocco and David in New York City on Friday.

According to reports, Madonna and husband Guy Ritchie are possibly planning to renew their wedding vows in order to get their marriage back on track.

Called a “Shabbat Nachamu” (night of consolation), the Kabbalah ceremony would be witnessed by two rabbis next month. Additional celebrations are being planned for Madonna’s 50th birthday.

Gwyneth Paltrow and her Kabbalah BFF Madonna each take one of their kids for a walk around the Hamptons, NY on Sunday afternoon.

The 49-year-old Material Mom pushed the stroller with Gwyn’s daughter, Apple, riding in the front and her own son, David Banda, 2, in the back.

“The video will be very deep,” a source in the Spears camp has told E! News. “You’ve never seen Britney like this before. It will blow your mind.”

As you can see, the 26-year-old pop princess is in an elevator wearing a black hoodie. Another shot of Britney has her with black pants and a white tanktop.

This footage will air during Madonna’s upcoming Sticky and Sweet tour, which kicks off at Millennium Stadium in Cardiff, Wales August 23rd.

Madonna and her family go to a Kabbalah center with an iced coffee in hand on Saturday morning.

In “Life With My Sister Madonna,” Christopher Ciccone explains that Kabbalah, the mystical form of Judaism, has kept his sister’s marriage to Guy Ritchie together until now.

“Their life together is sometimes difficult,” Ciccone wrote in the excerpt, which was published in the U.K.’s The Mail on Sunday. “A Kabbalah rabbi would regularly come down from London to mediate between them. This does not surprise me. I believe that Kabbalah is helping keep Guy and Madonna together.”

According to her brother Christopher, Madonna and Ritchie still love each other, despite rumors that they are splitting up and believes they are “passionately committed” to staying married.

Madonna is being hit with another curve ball.

Last week, Us Weekly insinuated that Madonna, 49, had been cheating on husband Guy Ritchie with New York Yankee Alex Rodriguez. The mag’s latest issue delves into Madge pursing other athletes, namely former Oakland A and onetime Yankee Jose Canseco in 1991.

Canseco was married at the time and first talked about the incident in his 2008 biography Vindicated. Here are some samples from US Weekly’s latest interview with Canseco, now 44.

What can you tell us about your relationship with Madonna? She was interested but you were not, correct? Well it’s in the book. We were not intimate. I was married at the time. I was interested in my wife.

Where did she approach you? Where was the first time you met? How did it happen? At her house I think it was in the Hollywood Hills. Our people set it up. Her people approached me saying she was interested in meeting me. She had a Cuban child and wanted another one. She wanted to get married and have a child with me.

That was her intention to have a child with you? Yeah, I’m Cuban and she wanted a Cuban child.

So she was interested in your genes. Yeah, I’m Cuban 6-foot-3, athletic, built.
