Earlier in the month, Malawi courts finally granted Madonna the opportunity to adopt Mercy after much legal wrangling.

Madonna arrives at the New York City Kabbalah center with her kids, Lourdes Leon, Rocco Ritchie and David Banda on Saturday (May 23).
Lourdes is now 12, Rocco, 8 and David, 3.
The 50-year-old legendary entertainer recently left a Kabbalah meeting dressed in white with current squeeze, Jesus Luz, starting speculation that they got married. Madonna’s rep, however, set the record straight saying, “This is completely and totally not true.”

The 50-year-old’s legal team had a hearing with the Malawi Supreme Court of Appeal today in her bid to adopt a girl from the country.

The 50-year-old singer is currently recovering from a fall she suffered while riding a horse last week. The Southampton Town police report documenting Madonna’s fall from a horse did not mention any photographers her spokeswoman originally said had scared the horse into tossing her.
Earlier this week, Madonna’s trainer, Tracy Anderson said that “she’s going to be fine. She fell on her butt,” she told UsWeekly.
Madonna was taken to a hospital on Saturday after falling off a horse at the home of photog pal Steven Klein in New York’s South Hampton.
“The accident occurred when the horse Madonna was riding was startled by paparazzi who jumped out of the bushes to photograph the singer, who was visiting friends on Eastern Long Island over the weekend,” her rep Liz Rosenberg said in a statement to Us Weekly. “Madonna will be having further tests and will continue to remain under observation by doctors.”
Earlier today, the pair was spotted leaving a Kabbalah Center in Manhattan.
