Sarah Jessica Parker and 5-year-old son James Wilke stay bundled up as they make a grocery shopping run together in NYC’s West Village on Friday morning.

Earlier this week, SJP (in Proenza Schouler heels) was seen filming scenes for Sex and the City: The Movie in front of a New York Public Library. During one the scenes, the wind blew up Sarah Jessica’s skirt revealing white underwear but no word on whether or not it was for the film or not.

Much hasn’t been revealed about the movie’s plot but SJP did say recently: “I can’t give the story away but I can say it will involve two weddings and no funerals!”

Sarah Jessica Parker, husband Matthew Broderick and their 5-year-old son James Wilke leave their New York City home to spend their Thanksgiving Holiday away from the Big Apple.

The Sex and the City star carried a yellow Bee Movie bag with James‘ things in it, including Transformers toys. In her other hand she had a “girl toy,” a black quilted Chanel leather handbag.

Earlier this week, SJP (pink dress) filmed scenes from the Sex and the City movie at the Diane von Furstenberg store in NYC. Pimp her pink bejeweled cell phone and her killer heels!

Also this past Wednesday, Project Runway contestants designed an outfit for SJP’s affordable fashion line “Bitten” at Steve & Barry’s. Designer Victorya Hong’s winning dress is being sold in stores starting today!

Fresh from today’s Gawker mailbag: “Just saw Sarah Jessica Parker, Matthew Broderick and little James Wilke outside near Charles Street & West 4th. Sarah looked great but her nanny was a *****. They all pulled up in the family Blue Volvo stationwagon; Sarah, Matthew, James and the “lady” all went inside. Then 5 minutes later the alleged nanny walked out carrying James, and then asked me to come over. She asked me what I was doing, and I tried to be polite and I just said that I was a fan. And then she was like why don’t you just keep going. And then I said that I would rather not, and then she said that I was just like the other scum photographers, and then she said this was private property. So I said actually it’s a public street. And then she said “She isn’t going to be happy.” And then she went inside with James and one minute later I saw Sarah peek outside to see me from behind a curtain in an upstairs window! I LOVED EVERY MINUTE!”

Sarah Jessica Parker makes a eyebrow-raising appearance, arriving at Rome’s Ara Pacis for Valentino’s Exhibition on Friday in one questionable out from the Valentino Spring 2006 Couture collection. We hope Sex on the silver screen won’t have outfits like this!

On Thursday, SJP dined at “I due Ladroni” restaurant in Rome. The Sex and the City actress was joined by hubby Matthew Broderick, TV exec pal Andy Cohen and Tony Award-winning English actress Natasha Richardson (Vanessa Redgrave’s daughter).

Andy is Bravo TV’s Senior Vice President of Production and Programming and SJP absolutely adores him. She has said, “You couldn’t possibly find a sweeter or funnier guy than Andy Cohen. Oops! Sorry, Matthew!” Andy even interviewed SJP on his blog last year.

Sarah Jessica Parker embraces a female friend before leaving her NYC apartment on Sunday with son James Wilke, 4 1/2, and hubby Matthew Broderick.

The 42-year-old former Sex and the City star recently revealed to Glamour that she practically dresses Matthew now: “Before he knew me, he felt very confident about dressing on his own. I seem to have sapped his confidence. He thinks I have become an interloper in his closet … I buy him so much that he feels it’s taken away his ability to make his own decisions.”

Fashionista Sarah Jessica Parker spent some more mommy-son time with 4-year-old son James Broderick yesterday afternoon. They pair was spotted traveling through LAX airport. Just last week, SJP brought James to see a performance of “Three Little Pigs” at Manhattan Children’s Theater in Tribeca.

SJP, 41, has two brand spankin’ new movies coming out next year. Here are their brief synopses:

• Spinning into Butter — A hate crime on the campus of a New England college puts the school’s dean (SJP) in a position where she has to examine her own feelings about race and prejudice, while maintaining her administration’s politically correct policies.
• Smart People — A widowed and unhappy English professor (Dennis Quaid), alienates his son and turned his daughter into an overachieving, friendless teen. He falls for Janet (SJP), one of his former students, while at the same time his ne’er-do-well brother (Thomas Haden Church).
