Kelly Clarkson mashes two cover songs together — Alanis Morissette’s “That I Would Be Good” and Kings of Leon’s “Use Somebody” — while kicking off her “All I Ever Wanted” tour at the Mohegan Sun Arena on Friday (October 2) in Uncasville, Conn.

On Sunday, the 27-year-old American Idol champ will be performing at the Cumberland County Civic Center in Portland, Maine. And then on Tuesday, Kelly will play NYC’s Hammerstein Ballroom. Woot!

FYI: Just last week, KoL’s single “Use Somebody” hit the #1 spot on the Top 40 Radio charts in both airplay and audience. Amazingly, this is happening exactly one year after their album Only By The Night was released.

Ed Westwick and Jessica Szohr head into Avenue restaurant and lounge on Monday night (September 15) in New York City.

The Gossip Girl couple was accompanied by co-star Chace Crawford, Jessica Alba, Justin Timberlake, and the hit band Kings of Leon — Caleb Followill with girlfriend Lily Aldridge, Jared Followill, Nathan Followill with his girlfriend Jessie Baylin and Matthew Followill (not pictured).

KoL performed a concert at NY’s Nassau Coliseum earlier in the evening. Chace, Ed and Jess stood up the entire time in the first row. Taylor Swift was also in the audience.

During “Sex on Fire,” JustJared.com spotted Ed kissing Jess on the lips and lifting her off her feet while hugging her. So cute!

Rock stars Kings of Leon catch a departing flight to England via LAX airport in Los Angeles on Wednesday (August 26).

The Followill boys — Caleb, Jared, Matthew and Nathan — will be playing at UK’s Reading Festival on Friday and at UK’s Leeds Festival on Sunday. Later this year, the quartet will also be releasing a remix album and a live DVD, which was filmed in England (where they first broke).

Frontman Caleb will be making a fall appearance as a guest judge on the Food Network series Iron Chef. Nathan will marry musician Jessie Baylin in November.

Celebs came out in droves to see KoL perform in Los Angeles over the weekend.

After playing a concert last night, Kings of Leon frontman Caleb Followill holds hands with his girlfriend, model Lily Aldridge, as they are spotted out and about in Copenhagen, Denmark on Wednesday (July 8).

Other pictures include his brother Jared Followill with his fiancee, model Alisa Torres, and other KoL members Nathan (with fiancee Jessie Baylin) and Matthew (with girlfriend Johanna Bennett).

Tonight, KoL are expected to perform at the Hultsfred Festival in Sweden.

Rockers Kings of Leon attend the premiere of Sacha Baron Cohen’s latest comedy, Bruno, held at London’s Empire Leicester Square on Wednesday (June 17).

The Followill guys — Caleb, Jared, Matthew and Nathan (inset) — all wore Burberry pieces to the event. Nathan wore the latest fashion accessory in town — the Burberry Snood!

KoL just announced that they are launching their own record label. The first album to be released on the new label will be Some Kind Of Salvation by fellow Tennessee band The Features.

Rockers Kings of Leon take the latest cover of Rolling Stone and are dubbed by the mag as “the God-fearing, booze-swilling rise of America’s hottest band.”

Frontman Caleb commented on the RS cover, saying, “It’s one of those things I’m pretty sure will sink in down the road, like, holy s—.”

Nashville rock band The Kings of Leon win big at the 2009 Brit Awards held at London’s Earls Court on Wednesday (February 18).

Brothers Jared, Caleb and Nathan Followill as well as first cousin Matthew Followill picked up awards for both International Act and International Album for Only By the Night, beating out Fleet Foxes, the Killers, AC/DC and MGMT. (Earlier this month, they picked up a Grammy for “Best Rock Performance.”)

At the ceremony, Kings of Leon performed their hit song “Use Somebody.” Watch here! Caleb wore a wool check jacket and claret dress shirt, Nathan donned a black wool suit, white dress shirt and black tie, and Jared wore a black wool blazer — all by Burberry.
