Michael Bay goes shirtless while soaking up the sun on the beach on Sunday (September 4) in Miami, Fla.

The 46-year-old Transformers director read the newspaper on a chaise lounge and also took a dip in the ocean.

Michael has reportedly put his Montecito, Calif., home on the market for $6.8 million.

The 4-bedroom, 6-bath house, which was designed by an award-winning local architect, features 5,400 square feet on 1.3 acres of property, as well as a pool, spa, hardwood floors, an open floor plan, and ocean views.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley walks the red carpet at the Transformers: Dark of the Moon premiere on Saturday (July 16) at Osaka Station City Cinema in Osaka, Japan.

The 24-year-old British model and actress, along with co-star Shia LaBeouf and director Michael Bay, greeted fans who’ll get to see the action flick when it opens July 29 in Japan.

Earlier in the day, Rosie stepped out in a Marios Schwab dress for a press conference at the St. Regis Hotel.

Rosie, Shia, and Michael were also in Shanghai, China, to promote the latest Transformers flick, which already has grossed more than $700 million!

The 24-year-old British model and actress, in Marios Schwab, was joined by her co-star Shia LaBeouf and director Michael Bay.

While Transformers: Dark of the Moon has grossed over $700 million around the world already, it won’t be released in Japan until July 29!

The film will be overtaken at the domestic box office this weekend by Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2.

Rosie, who recently said that she’d love to make more movies, told the German edition of OK! that “acting feels so natural.”

“I am so grateful that I got this opportunity and hopefully it’s not my last movie. Of course I would miss modeling but maybe I could do a cover shoot being an actress then!” she shared.

The 24-year-old model and actress wore a Gucci dress and matching bag and shoes. Rosie finished her look with Jack Vartanian earrings and Vhernier rings.

Josh Duhamel drinks fresh coconut water while going for a run on Sunday (June 19) in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

The night before, the 38-year-old actor and director Michael Bay, who are in town promoting Transformers: Dark of the Moon, grabbed dinner at a local restaurant with a small group.

Josh recently talked about an action scene from their movie, where extreme sportsmen, who were jumping off skyscrapers, were used as his stunt double.

Asked if he would ever try something similar in real life, Josh told USA Weekend, “Oh, I don’t know if I have the balls for that. Those guys are nuts, but they’re also really strategic and tactical in the way they approach it.”

“It’s insane. I don’t think I’d have the nerve to do it,” he added.
