Catherine Zeta-Jones looks a wee bit tired at the 2008 Global Leadership Awards gala held at The Waldorf-Astoria Hotel on Wednesday in New York City.

The Welsh actress was accompanied by Michael Douglas. The couple share the same birthday and last Thursday, September 25, Cat turned 39 and Michael turned 64.

• Dina and Michael Lohan have been ordered by a Long Island judge to attend family therapy. The family therapy aims to gradually reunite Michael with his two youngest children, said Judge Stacy Bennett of Nassau Family Court in Mineola. It was unclear whether both parents would attend the therapy together.
• Salma Hayek and her fiancé Henri Pinault have purchased Kelsey Grammer’s Bel-Air mansion for over $20 million.
• Ellen Barkin and Ralph Fiennes are an item. The two were spotted “holding hands and cuddling” before heading up to Fiennes‘ room at the Mercer Hotel Sunday night. A week earlier they were seen “full-on making out” at the hotel.
• Joley Richardson, who quit Nip/Tuck last year to be with her ailing teenage daughter in England, is coming back to the show. She will appear in 15 of the next 22 episodes at a salary of $100,000 per episode, a hefty raise, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

Hollywood couple Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones have decided not to have any more children. Douglas says, "I think Catherine’s resigned to the fact.  She’s gone back and forth on the subject, but when she gets back into work, I think she realizes that two’s enough and I say to her, ‘Just think of your stepson as your third child.’"

Meow! Catherine Zeta-Jones and hubby Michael Douglas were spotted walking their children — son Dylan Michael Douglas, 5, and Carys Zeta Douglas, 3 — off a dock on the Thames River this past weekend in Richmond, UK.  The family nanny was around to look after the kids…  More pictures in the gallery!

You, Me and Dupree synopsis:

Carl and Molly Peterson (Matt Dillon and Kate Hudson) are just starting their new life together–complete with a cute house, boring neighbors, stable jobs and the routines of newlywed existence. There’s just one unfortunate hitch in their perfectly constructed new world…

And his name’s Dupree.

Randy Dupree (Owen Wilson), Carl’s oldest friend and perpetual bachelor, has found himself with nowhere to go after being fired. Carl yanks his jobless/homeless pal out of the bar he’s living in and invites him to temporarily crash on the couch–that’s just what friends do.

At first, Carl is quite pleased to have his good buddy as a permanent couch guest, while Molly bears the brunt of Dupree’s immature antics. But, as Carl becomes buried in his grown-up job, he finds it harder and harder to juggle Dupree and his responsibilities as a husband. To make matters worse, Dupree uses his ample spare time to become a great companion for Molly. Even her dad (Michael Douglas) and the neighbors are falling for his carefree wisdom and charm–frustrating Carl to no end.

Soon, everyone (but Carl) begins to root for Dupree to stick around. But as Dupree starts to become a fixture in the Peterson’s home, three becomes not just a crowd…but a full- blown, hilarious catastrophe.

Directors Anthony and Joe Russo (Arrested Development) tell the wildly comic story of a suburban couple who are just trying to make their new marriage work when her and me unexpectedly becomes You, Me and Dupree.

Tony Bennett will celebrate his 80th birthday in style — with a star-studded music special on NBC to be directed and executive produced by "Chicago" helmer Rob Marshall. Titled "Tony Bennett: An American Classic," the special is based on Bennett’s upcoming album featuring duets with some of the music business’ biggest names. A number of them — including Elton John, Stevie Wonder, Diana Krall, k.d. lang, Michael Buble, John Legend, Juanes, trumpeter Chris Botti and violinist Pinchas Zukerman — will perform with Bennett on the show. Also set to appear on the hourlong program are Robert De Niro, Billy Crystal and Catherine Zeta-Jones, who was an Oscar winner for her role in "Chicago."

Hot Hollywood mom Catherine Zeta Jones, 36, was spotted leaving the Kodak Theater in Hollywood yesterday afternoon with her two kids — son Dylan Michael Douglas, 5, and Carys Zeta Douglas, 3.  The happy family sans daddy Michael Douglas, 61, attended the 10:30AM screening of "Sesame Street Live: Super Grover!"  Welsh beauty Catherine Zeta Jones is scheduled to return to Wales later this month to unveil a plaque at the Children’s Hospital for Wales to mark the completion of two new medical wards and one children’s cancer ward.
