Newly engaged couple Michael Rady and Rachael Kemery hit the blue carpet at the premiere party for his new series, Melrose Place, on Saturday (August 22) in Los Angeles.

When Rady’s engagement news first broke, Michael said it was so spur of the moment, he hadn’t gotten Rachael an engagement ring yet. Well, it looks like things have changed!

Rachael proudly showed off a fancy sparkler on her left ring finger. Cute couple!

FYI: Michael is wearing a gray windowpane two button slim peak lapel suit, with a black dress shirt and black leather Murray oxfords by John Varvatos.

Melrose Place star Michael Rady is engaged to his college sweetheart, Rachael Kemery, his rep confirms to JustJared.com.

The engagement happened on July 23rd “in bed, around 2am”, he tells OK!. He also admits that it all happened so spontaneously that he’s yet to find a ring for his new fiancee. He says, “It just happened… we’re going to get one!”

The 28-year-old actor met Rachael while he was attending Saint Joseph’s Preparatory School, a Jesuit Prep school in Philadelphia.

Michael was just featured as one of “The Fall Guys — TV Men We Love” in the upcoming issue of Signature L.A. Direct. It’s also his birthday today.

Michael Rady is featured as one of “The Fall Guys — TV Men We Love” in the upcoming issue of Signature L.A. Direct, on stands August 31st.

Rady got his first big break in the feature film The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, and went on to recurring roles on Swingtown and Greek. Yet it is Melrose Place that will catapult Rady to new heights.”

She continues, “As it turns out, the cast sounds pretty down to earth. ‘There’s no divas, no animosity… I think we’re all just old enough to realize this is great work.’ Doesn’t he want to experience the Hollywood dream? Not particularly. ‘I’m pretty much a normal, quiet dude. I surf, read and hangout.’ And man oh man, it shows.”

Gossip Girl stars and real-life couple Blake Lively (in Ralph Lauren Collection) and Penn Badgley sandwich in Melrose Place star Michael Rady and a gal pal at the CW Network’s 2009 Upfront party at NYC’s Gramercy Park Hotel on Thursday (May 21).

Over the weekend, Blake and Penn caught the interactive music and dance show Fuerza Bruta: Look Up at NYC’s Daryl Roth Theatre.

“They were making out during the show,” a source tells E!.

The post-show dance party featured indoor rain and the couple was spotted getting “completely soaked together and having a great time.” More Here! »
