Tennis fans will recognize Brooklyn Decker as tennis champ Andy Roddick’s gorgeous wife — she’s in his box all the time!

The 22-year-old Sports Illustrated swimsuit model is making a cameo on the hit ABC show Ugly Betty next week (October 30 @ 8PM ET/PT).

Here’s a synopsis of the ep: Betty (America Ferrera)is overwhelmed with her editorial work, so Wilhemina assigns Marc (Michael Urie) to be Betty’s temporary assistant. Betty’s story idea to cover the worst jobs in New York goes south when she has to dress up as a hot dog and do a Bollywood dance number. Meanwhile, Marc frets that he’ll never be taken seriously by his idol at Vogue magazine, Hilda gets Archie’s campaign in trouble, Daniel (Eric Mabius) hires a gorgeous but inept assistant (Decker), and Natalie introduces Daniel to the Community — a group whose charismatic leader (Dylan Baker) zeroes in on Daniel.

FYI: Brooklyn is wearing the fierce pair of Brian Atwood “Wicked” shoe in purple suede (as worn by Katy Perry and Jessica Stroup).

Check out the bright and fun new Season 4 promos for ABC’s hit show Ugly Betty.

The season premiere episode “The Butterfly Effect” airs on Friday (October 16) @ 8PM ET/PT on ABC. Betty (America Ferrera) starts her new job as associate features editor and deals with resentful co-workers; bullies prey on Justin (Mark Indelicato); Wilhelmina (Vanessa Williams) harbors a secret; Daniel’s distress takes its toll, while Betty tries to run her own Mode photo shoot.

In future episodes of Betty, Shakira will play herself and model Christie Brinkley will play Penelope Graybridge, the editor of a competing fashion mag.

America Ferrera dresses up as a hot dog and costar Michael Urie dons a bread bun costume while shooting an episode of Ugly Betty in Midtown Manhattan on Tuesday (August 25).

This seems to be an Indian-themed episode as Betty (Ferrera) and Marc (Urie) are both wearing bindis.

That costume looks to be quite constricting for America. She wasn’t even able to feed herself! America had a production assistant feed her a banana. Hah!

America Ferrera visits her Ugly Betty costar Michael Urie at his off-Broadway play The Temperamentals held at the TBG Theatre on Saturday (July 18) in New York City.

“Temperamental” was code for “homosexual” in the early 1950’s, part of a created language of secret words that gay men used to communicate. The Temperamentals tells the story of two men - the communist Harry Hay and the Viennese refugee and designer Rudi Gernreich (Urie) - as they fall in love while building the first gay rights organization.

JustJared.com had the pleasure of watching The Tempermentals the same day and is happy to report that Michael gives a great performance — and not just because he strips down to his skivvies! The entire cast is excellent and apparently their off-set chemistry is just as good. After the show, I spotted Michael and his castmates lunching together at Hell’s Kitchen restaurant!

Michael Urie, who plays the conniving assistant Marc St. James on Ugly Betty, has launched his official blog!

Ugly Betty stars Becki Newton and Michael Urie pulled Just Jared in to join their VIP table at US Weekly’s Hot Hollywood Party at New York City’s Skylight on Tuesday.

30-year-old Becki, who plays deliciously catty receptionist Amanda, expressed her deep love for Shake Shack burgers. (She orders the mouth-watering cheese burgers.) Becki, who work YSL, also mentioned how much she loves all sweets except cheesecake, which they happened to serve at the Us party.

28-year-old Michael, who plays the fabulously gay assistant Marc St. James, chatted up the exciting projects he has lined up for his production company, Out of the Box Productions. He also shared how he and Weeds star Hunter Parrish, who currently stars in the hit Broadway show Spring Awakening, first met in a play together almost a decade ago. Urie was 19, Parrish was 11.

She joined costars Becki Newton and Michael Urie on set to film their hit ABC show’s third season.

Ugly Betty recently relocated production from the West Coast to the Big Apple to take advantage of the 35% tax credits from the city and state.
