The 16-year-old Disney starlet worked out a gorgeous Monique Lhullier dress with a jeweled one-shoulder and bustline, Cole Haan heels and H.Stern jewels.
During the ceremony, Miley performed (pictured below) her hit song “The Climb” from her upcoming film Hannah Montana The Movie, out this Friday.

On if boyfriend Justin Gaston got permission to date her: “Yeah, well actually my dad introduced us.”
On describing her beau: “I love him, he is a very good man. He’s older but he is so nice, he’s a gentlemen and he’s a good Christian boy.”
On if she’s marry boyfriend Justin Gaston: “If he gets a pretty ring.”
On who she wants to be in 10 years: “A soccer mom slash Posh Spice.”
On the rumors that she dated co-star Lucas Till: “[We] hung out, but we’re too good of friends [to have taken things any further].”
UPDATE: Miley just tweeted, “I am NOT getting married! I’m 16 and super focused on my career and just livinnggg life! I was kidding on Seacrest!!!! Ha-ha! A joke!”

On where she sees herself in ten years: “Hopefully I’ll be settled: making movies, living in a house, maybe even married. I think my mom did everything pretty close to perfect, and I want to be the cool mom that the kids run home to.”
On her boyfriend: “…The best thing that’s happened to me in a long, long time has been meeting Justin [Gaston], because he’s the most respectful and selfless person I’ve ever known.”
On her figure: “One thing that bugs me is people who say, ‘Miley really needs to lose some weight’ or ‘She got her boobs done.’ I did start out really skinny, but you’re not going to have boobs when you’re 12 years old. I’m like, ‘What are you talking about—let me grow!’”
On her Hollywood role models: “I’m a huge Jennifer Aniston fan and a huge Angelina Jolie fan. Jennifer Aniston can put on a plain black dress, with plain makeup and hair, and look so stunning. Angelina always looks so comfortable in her own skin. She’s also changed, going from wild child to being a mom and having a normal life. And Jennifer Aniston bounced back after her divorce. If anything like that ever happens to me, I’m like, ‘Pull a Jennifer, Miley!’ She is so classy.”

Miley Cyrus describes her pre-teen years as “friendless, lonely and miserable” in her new memoir, “Miley Cyrus: Miles To Go.” Here are some other excerpts of the book via Acccess Hollywood:
On the haters during her pre-teen Tennessee school days: “The girls took it beyond normal bullying. These were big, tough girls [known as] the Anti-Miley Club. I was scrawny and short. They were fully capable of doing me bodily harm… [They locked me in the girl’s restroom during class.] They shoved me in. I was trapped. I banged on the door until my fists hurt. Nobody came. I spent what felt like an hour in there, waiting for someone to rescue me, wondering how my life had gotten so messed up.”
On being challenged to a fight: “It seemed like Operation Make Miley Miserable was escalating to a new level. More like Operation Take Miley Down. Three girls strutted up and stood towering over me. My stomach churned. I clutched my grilled cheese sandwich like it was the hand of my best friend. It pretty much was my best friend those days. I was done for… They started cussing me and telling me to get up. I sat there, frozen. I didn’t know what to do. Finally, I couldn’t take it anymore. I wasn’t chicken. What could they do to me? I was surrounded by people. I stood up, still a foot shorter then they were, and said, “What’s your problem? What did I ever do to you?’”
On ex-boyfriend Nick Jonas, who she refers to as Prince Charming in the book: [When I first met him,] it felt like the whole world stopped. Nothing else mattered. [The day we broke up was] the hardest day ever. Deep down I know we weren’t being our best selves. And that was what I wanted — and thought I deserved – in a relationship.
On writing the hit song “7 Things I Hate About You” for Nick: “[I wrote it to] punish him, to get him back for hurting me [but the song is] about forgiving, not forgetting. It’s hard to imagine that our love is a story with an end. But you know, at least I’m getting some really good songs out of it.”

Hannah Montana starlet Miley Cyrus and her shirtless boyfriend, model Justin Gaston, work up a sweat together, taking a jog around her neighborhood Toluca Lake in the San Fernando Valley on Saturday (February 28).
