Mischa Barton hangs out with fans at the Make-A-Wish Foundation’s Day of Fun hosted by Kevin & Steffiana James held at Santa Monica Pier on Sunday (March 14) in Santa Monica, Calif.

The 23-year-old actress has reportedly put her sprawling Beverly Hills mansion up for sale for $8.4 million. According to the Daily Mail, she did not have enough money to pay the rent of her New York apartment.

The 7,600 sq ft house up for sale is in an exclusive gated community and has six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a swimming pool, terrace and spa. Mischa bought the mansion for $6.4 million in 2005, when she was starring in The OC.

Mischa Barton gets measured while doing some shopping in Milan, Italy on Thursday (March 4).

Last night, the 23-year-old actress made an appearance on Italian talk show Chiambretti Night where they looked back at her O.C. acting days.

Mischa Barton makes some waves with her fun new hairdo as she makes an appearance on Italian TV program Chiambretti Night on Wednesday (March 3) in Milan.

The 23-year-old actress cracked up when she saw that one of the show’s hosts sported a shirt referencing the demise of her O.C. character, Marissa.

Mischa will be on an episode of Law & Order: SVU tonight at 8/7c on NBC, followed by another new episode with Kathy Griffin!

Mischa Barton gets into character on the set of Law & Order: SVU in New York City on Monday (January 18).

The 23-year-old actress, who wore super-high heels and enjoyed a lollipop while waiting outside, is playing Gladys, a street worker, in an episode airing March 3, according to Access Hollywood.

Mischa’s character will reportedly have a mysterious connection to Detective Benson (Mariska Hargitay). Hmm…

Also guest starring on SVU this season is Sharon Stone, who will appear on four episodes as a former cop and current prosecutor.
