• Madonna’s rep has shot down rumors that the pop star is returning to Malawi this weekend to adopt another child. Madonna is expected to visit the country, but it is so she can continue her work with the Raising Malawi organization. (She was seen leaving a London sound studio again with Justin Timberlake.)
• Lindsay Lohan and Harry Morton’s relationship is long over, but the two still have some issues to work out. Apparently Lindsay lives above Morton in L.A.’s Sierra Towers and her plumbing caused a flood that leaked into Morton’s apartment. A rep for Lindsay says this happened during her recent visit to New York and the situation is being taken care of.
• Larry Birkhead and Howard K. Stern shared a tender moment Tuesday night, changing the diaper of baby Dannielynn together, sources said.
• Bruce Willis and his Perfect Strangers co-star, Tamara Feldman, may be an item. The Post claims Willis “cuddled up against Feldman” during the premiere of their flick Tuesday night and the two kissed at an after-party later that night at the Gramercy Park Hotel.

British-Australian actress Naomi Watts and boyfriend Liev Schreiber are headed to the altar sooner than expected, reports In Touch.

They apparently don’t want their unborn child to be illegitimate!

Naomi, 38, and Liev, 39, are planning a late summer wedding before she gives birth.

“There’s not enough time to plan a big wedding,” an insider said. “They’ll have just 25 guests for the nuptials in her hometown of Sydney, Australia, with a lavish wedding reception for all their stateside friends after the baby is born.”

The glowing mom-to-be is expecting with longtime boyfriend Liev Schreiber.

British-Australian actress Naomi Watts glowed as she proudly showed off her baby bump at the opening night of boyfriend Liev Schrieber’s Broadway play Talk Radio on Sunday night in New York City.

The 38-year-old mom-to-be was dressed in a stylish slim-fitting emerald-blue dress.

In movie news, Naomi just signed on to star in a romantic comedy adaptation of Amy Sutherland’s Kicked, Bitten and Scratched: Life and Lessons at the World’s Premiere School for Exotic Animal Trainers. That’s almost as bad as the Borat movie title!

Edward Norton recently said he broke three vertebrae during a horse riding accident on the set of his new film The Painted Veil (movie stills below). The horse apparently threw him off while he was galloping before filming a scene for the movie.

Here’s what Ed said in a recent interview with AP Radio: “One of those horses chucked me off pretty badly. I broke my spine in like three places. I broke my back. I broke three vertebrae in my back. I felt like my back was horribly wrenched but I sort of assumed I was OK, and I didn’t actually find out I had broken it until I went to Hong Kong. I cracked my 10th, 11th and especially my 12th thoracic vertebrae.”

The Painted Veil tells the tale of a woman who becomes dissatisfied with her marriage, as her husband favors of his research over time with her. An affair leads her on a journey of self-discovery, and her new dedication to fighting cholera brings her to the Far East. The film is directed by John Curran, was shot entirely in China, and co-stars real-life couple Liev Schreiber and Naomi Watts. The Painted Veil hits theaters tomorrow in limited release.

Earlier today in London, Nicole Kidman visited fellow Aussie BFF Naomi Watts on the set of her new film, Eastern Promises. Nicole was seen hugging (left) Naomi’s Eastern Promises co-star Vincent Cassel on set during her visit. Also pictured below: director David Cronenberg.

Nicole and Vincent were also co-stars in 2001’s Birthday Girl.

Nicole’s husband, country star Keith Urban, is expected to complete treatment at the Betty Ford Center by Thanksgiving. As for those pregnancy rumors, Nicole was recently quoted saying, “I’d love a child with Keith, but not quite yet. We have to get this problem out of the way first.”
