Nicole, 26 and Joel, 29, were recently seen house hunting in Beverly Hills on Wednesday. The couple reported were looking at a $1.6 million mini-estate complete with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a Jacuzzi, pool and state-of-the-art kitchen according to E!.

Harlow is now five months and sounds like Nic wants some more space for the little one to run around!

Nicole Richie heads to traffic school in Van Nuys, Calif. on Wednesday while partner Joel Madden gets his caffeine fix at Starbucks in Glendale.

EW recently reported that Nicole will be making a comeback in a new reality show that would have seven girls compete to become the “next Nicole Richie.”

The unscripted show would test each contestant’s ability to achieve insta-fame and in the end, award the winner with their own reality show.

At least three cable networks are interested in the pitch, which most likely include E! and Oxygen.

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden enjoy a day out shopping and visiting the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) on Tuesday.

Nicole, 26, has been getting ready for the autumn launch of House of Harlow, a jewelry range that will grow into a collection of children’s wear and accessories.

At Sunday night’s taping of the TV Land Awards, Nicole’s dad Lionel Richie, accepted the “Icon” honor and joked about raising his daughter.

“Forget about surviving 40 years in the music business, just surviving 27 years of Nicole Richie has been a struggle-and-a-half, I want to tell you. I stand here as a survivor, I want you to know, for all the parents out there.”

On Thursday, Nicole met up with her manager Michael Baum to talk about future opportunities and then headed to lunch at Bossa Nova in Hollywood.

Ms. Richie is also getting ready for the fall launch of House of Harlow, focusing first on jewelry and moving into childrenswear and accessories.

When recently asked about her evolving style, Nicole said, “I still like to dress up. I think every girl, whether you’re 13 or in your 20’s, should always try new things. I’ve had my hair pink and brown and blonde and I think it’s all about trying new things. I’m really open to new looks. I love fashion so much that I definitely want to take it to the next level and I’m really excited about it all.”

When asked about her upcoming jewelry line at Cusp boutique, Nicole told Fab, “It’s called House of Harlow and it’s actually the beginning of a brand that I’m developing of children’s apparel and also a clothing line, shoes, bags, sunglasses, everything. I’m really excited. The jewelry is first and it will be out in late August.”

As for designing for a children’s collection, Ms. Richie said, “I’m at the very beginning stages but I’m designing adult clothes for babies. The girl’s clothes are designed after my personal clothing and the guy’s clothes are going to be designed after [partner Joel Madden’s].”
