Nicole Richie and boyfriend Brody Jenner lunch together at the Coogies Beach Cafe located in the Malibu Colony Plaza (3750 Pacific Coast Hwy). If you haven’t heard yet, Nicole denied the rehab rumors on her official MySpace blog. More pictures in the gallery!

“Nicole, the Cherokees called. They want their poncho back.”

This isn’t technically a poncho but whatever! Nicole Richie (looking particularly happy) was spotted pumping gas into her car this past Saturday, Sept. 22. Nicole reportedly was talking with ex-BFF Paris Hilton on her cell phone at the gas station. Check out the video.

Just last night, Nicole was seen out partying in a week-long 25th birthday celebration at Mr. Chow’s and the Hyde Lounge in L.A. Boyfriend Brody Jenner and BFF Mischa Barton were among her party of 50 guests. More pictures in the gallery!

UPDATE 1 :: JJ reader creativegirl just saw on the CNN ticker that Nicole Richie just checked into a a clinic. For an eating disorder, most probably. Let’s see what other media outlets will be reporting…

UPDATE 2 :: Nicole Richie updated her MySpace blog! She vehemently denied the rehab rumors and slammed CNN for their reporting. Here’s what Nicole wrote: “Contrary to CNN’s false accusations, I did not check myself into an eating disorder rehab. I dont know why or how this rumor started, but i am home, in LA, and very happy. I do not have an eating disorder, and I don’t know how many times I have to say it. Ive repeated myself so many times, I feel like a broken record. Who ever started this rumor is evil and mean, but its not true. I am happy, and healthy, and living my life.” TEAM NICOLE!

Nicole & Brody: Happiest Couple on Earth?

I don’t know about that but Nicole Richie and boyfriend Brody Jenner visited the happiest place on Earth yesterday — Disneyland (celebrating its 50th anniversary)! Nicole, 24, and Brody, 23, made their way through Critter Country and hit up one of Disneyland’s main attractions, Splash Mountain, where Brer Rabbit is pursued by Brer Fox and his lumbering cohort Brer Bear. Nicole Richie looked amazing in two really cute dresses yesterday. She attended a luncheon (right) in honor of Gwyneth Paltrow’s “Pleasures of Gwyneth Paltrow” Collection held at the Greystone Estate in Beverly Hills, California (hosted by Nicole Aerin Lauder).

Nicole also made her way to last night’s Teen Vogue Young Hollywood party with her boyfriend Brody Jenner (inset). That party was held at Sunset Tower in West Hollywood. More pictures in the gallery!

Lastly, I want to wish Nicole a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY! She turns 25 today — a quarter of a century old! WOOT!

Nicole Richie and boyfriend Brody Jenner looked happier than ever chowing down together at a burger joint in Malibu this past Saturday. In between bites, Nicole, 24, and Brody, 23, snuggled up in each others arms. The lovebirds also walked hand in hand on their way in and out. Awww!

Nicole Richie and Brody Jenner, checking out Cher’s son Elijah Blue Allman’s gig with his rock band Deadsy at Rainbow Bar & Grill in West Hollywood. It was a double date for the pair: Mischa Barton and boyfriend Cisco Adler joined them. "They were clapping, laughing and singing along," says a concertgoer. Also there: Allman’s proud mama Cher.

Nicole Richie (rocking the fedora as of late) hasn’t left boytoy boyfriend Brody Jenner’s side these last few days. The lovebirds walked hand in hand throughout the Labor Day Weekend, seen together at Cher’s son’s concert, Nobu, LAX airport, and all over Malibu.  More pictures in the gallery!

Nicole Richie (nice head wrap!) was snapped at upscale eatery, Cipriani Resturant in SoHo earlier on today for lunch with pretty boy boyfriend Brody Jenner.  Nicole, 24, and Brody, 23, have been spotted together all around town this past month.  More pictures in the gallery!

Nicole’s dad Lionel Richie gave his approval: "I was there when Brody was born. They grew up together. To see them together now is like, ‘Where are you going with this?’ But they’re having a wonderful time. He’s a great kid."

Brody’s songwriter mom Linda Thompson also gave her approval: "Nicole is like my godchild. … She’s a darling girl, very intelligent and very together.  I think they’re very cute as a couple. Will they get married? Who knows? He’s young and so is she."

Super skinny Nicole Richie heads out for breakfast, but shows her puny pins can’t cope with steps. The 24-year-old’s twiglet limbs buckled, and she took a tumble. The six inch wedges can’t have helped. Or maybe her oversized sunglasses toppled her off balance. Nicole laughed off the fall at her California home, but it left painful looking bruises on her legs. But it didn’t slow her down and she was later spotted leaving an ice cream parlour… — Sunday Mirror

Well, if by holding hands translates to "official," then yes, Nicole Richie and Brody Jenner are official dating.  The couple was spotted leaving Vitamin Barn in Malibu this past Saturday (left).  Nicole, 24, was also spotted meeting up with Brody, 23, at Café Vida in Los Angeles this past Friday wearing her Christian Louboutin Leather Wedge Pumps (love them!) and Balenciaga Motorcycle Handbag in Black again…  More pictures in the gallery!
