Waif-like entertainment tycoon Mary-Kate Olsen and Texas oil heir boyfriend Maxwell Snow were spotted getting their kissing on in West Hollywood late yesterday afternoon. The pair picked up a few items at warehouse-like store International Silks & Woolens (8347 Beverly Blvd) before their little make-out session in the car.

Maxwell Snow is of the de Menil oil family of Texas and the son of Uma Thurman’s older half-sister, Taya Thurman. That makes Maxwell…Uma Thurman’s nephew, if you couldn’t figure it out on your own. More pictures in the gallery!

Mary-Kate Olsen meets up with Greg Chait, 27, the CEO of the hot denim collection Tsubi, at his house in Los Angeles, CA. They shared a (friendly?) kiss before MK took her Marlboro smokes and jetted. Star magazine is reporting that Mary-Kate Olsen has been quietly dating oil heir Maxwell Snow (above). Maxwell Snow is of the de Menil oil family of Texas and the son of Uma Thurman’s older half-sister, Taya Thurman.

A source revealed, “Every time she gets a boyfriend, the media make it impossible for it to be a normal relationship, and she’s probably scared that all the attention would scare him away. • No murder or homicide was apparently involved in the death of Anna Nicole Smith’s son, Daniel. But he was on prescription anti-depression medication when he died Sept 10, pathologist Cyril Wecht said Monday. Wecht, who ordered drug and chemical analyses that could take weeks, said he learned about the prescription medication after the autopsy from Daniel’s psychiatrist in the United States. The depression apparently “had to do with a girlfriend,” he said.

The world’s wealthiest twins are currently in Canada to promote their clothing line and fragrance collections for the lucrative tween and young teen markets.  Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen (both 20) appeared as guests on CHUM Televisions CityLine and later as co-hosts in Toronto on Muchmusic’s MuchOnDemand.
