The 22-year-old Olsen twin recently talked to Movie.ie about her latest role in The Wackness, which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in January 2008.

On her kissing scene with Sir Ben Kingsley: “It is all part of being an actress. But I was so in awe of Sir Ben I was more nervous about acting alongside him than I was about the kiss.”

On things she would like to do, but can’t, because of the public eye: “I would love to be able to swim in the ocean in Malibu. But that is asking for a bikini shot. That’s inviting something that I don’t want to happen. I don’t need to be on a Who’s Skinny, Who’s Fat, Who’s Looking Healthy, Who’s Not Eating?’ list.”

On her limits and what she won’t do: “I’m never going on the cover of Maxim - at all! I only go along with what I am comfortable with.”

Ashley Olsen picks up some drinks at Starbucks with a friend while she wears a long black coat in the warm summer in New York City on Thursday.

Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen have put a book together that will be released in October. The book is entitled Influence, for which they interviewed 20 people, and wrote brief essays about each other.

In each interview, the Olsen twins explore what inspires the interviewee and the interviewee, in turn, explains how they became themselves. The interviewees include: Karl Lagerfeld, Diane Von Furstenburg, John Galliano and Christian Louboutin, among others.

When the book comes out on October 28th, they will be holding a book signing that afternoon at the Barnes and Noble store in Union Square in New York City.

Mary-Kate Olsen grabs dinner with New York artist boyfriend Nate Lowman at a restaurant in New York City on Saturday.

Mary-Kate, 22, and Nate, 28, dined at Italian eatery Il Buco in downtown Manhattan.

The 22-year-old Olsen Twin toted around the urban chic stylish Chloe “Paraty” Bag in black python–the same Chloe handbag Katie Holmes has been carrying around to all her Broadway rehearsals.

Nate graduated from NYU and his work was featured at the New Museum’s Unmonumental exhibit earlier this year.

Mary-Kate Olsen claims she doesn’t know where Heath Ledger got the drugs that killed him, her attorney says in a statement.

MK, 22, believes she has already provided investigators with enough “relevant information” but the New York Post has reported she is refusing to talk to federal investigators about Heath’s death until she is granted immunity from prosecution.

Her lawyer Michael C. Miller said, “Despite tabloid speculation, Mary-Kate Olsen had nothing whatsoever to do with the drugs found in Heath Ledger’s home or his body, and she does not know where he obtained them. Regarding the Government’s investigation, at Ms. Olsen’s request, we have provided the Government with relevant information including facts in the chronology of events surrounding Mr. Ledger’s death and the fact that Ms. Olsen does not know the source of the drugs Mr. Ledger consumed. We don’t know the source of the information being quoted in the media regarding the Government’s inquiry, but these descriptions are incomplete and inaccurate.”

Mary-Kate Olsen is first spotted out and about in a casual t-shirt, later changing into a plaid shirt to walk around LA on Monday.

The former Full House star is in the middle of a battle with a former landlord for altering the kitchen of a home she was renting and reportedly never returned it to its original state.

Mary Kate rented the house for $15,000 a month above the Sunset Strip, and the owner claims Olsen customized the kitchen and it was a “disaster.”

The landlord is currently withholding Mary Kate’s $30k security deposit and reportedly wants even more money for compensation.

Mary-Kate Olsen leaves her boyfriend’s house in Hollywood on Sunday.

The former Full-House star has reportedly spent time in a holistic spa the day after she collapsed in a public parking lot in an attempt to cleanse her body of the heavy drinking that she had done the night before.

A source close to the actress told Star magazine, “Mary-Kate seriously needs to get to rehab, but she doesn’t think she has a problem. She thinks she’s young, hip and entitled to live her life as she sees fit. But it’s affecting everything.”
