Nicole Kidman looks stunning while walking the red carpet at the New York premiere of Nine at the Ziegfeld Theatre on Tuesday (December 15).
The 42-year-old Hawaiian-born actress also posed with her co-stars, Daniel Day-Lewis, Marion Cotillard, Penelope Cruz, Kate Hudson, Fergie, and Judi Dench.
Earlier in the day, Nic attended a luncheon for Nine at Thomas Keller’s famous New York restaurant, Per Se.

Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem hold hands as they go for a walk together, hugging and kissing along the way after having lunch at Los Angeles’ Kate Mantilini restaurant on Thursday (December 10).
The 35-year-old actress stayed close to Javier, 40, as they grabbed coffee and desserts and went to a quick business meeting together.
E! spies spotted the two together at a movie theater in Hollywood this week. “Javier was waiting for her outside of the bathroom,” one said. “When she came out, they walked away with their arms around each other.” Cute!!

Fergie and Penelope Cruz hit the red carpet at a screening of Nine at the Mann Village Theater on Wednesday (December 9) in Westwood, Calif.
The two leading ladies, who were also joined by Nicole Kidman, caught up with ET and said they’re excited for everyone to see the film!
“I am very happy that people are receiving the movie in such a warm way and I really love the movie,” Penelope, 35, said.
Fergie, 34, brought along hubby Josh Duhamel to see her work. “I’m so excited for him to see the film!” she told ET.
Nine hits theaters December 25!

Wearing gowns by Ralph Lauren and Atelier Versace, respectively, Penelope, 35, and Kate, 30, worked it out on the red carpet alongside co-star Nicole Kidman.
“I really love dance and I really love music,” Penelope told the UK Press Association, “but I have never been able to sing professionally in any way before this movie - only in my karaoke at home. I am very shy about singing.”

Academy Award–winning French actress Marion Cotillard interviews the 35-year-old actress for the mag and asks her which four guests would attend her dream dinner. Penelope answers, “This is very interesting. I would take [Italian film director] Federico Fellini, [Austrian-American writer] Billy Wilder, Woody Allen, and [Spanish director] Pedro Almodóvar, and I would make broken eggs, which is a Spanish dish. It’s all fried, and it’s very fattening, with a lot of oil, salt, eggs, and potatoes. I know how to make it, and it’s so greasy, but there is a truth to it. Can you imagine this group?”

Nine is a musical that follows the life of world famous film director Guido Contini (Daniel Day-Lewis) as he reaches a creative and personal crisis of epic proportion, while balancing the numerous women in his life including his wife (Marion Cotillard), his mistress (Penelope Cruz), his film star muse (Nicole Kidman), his confidant and costume designer (Judi Dench), a young American fashion journalist (Kate Hudson), the whore from his youth (Stacy “Fergie” Ferguson) and his mother (Sophia Loren).

The film, directed by Rob Marshall, who also directed Chicago, stars Nicole Kidman, Marion Cotillard, Penelope Cruz, Kate Hudson and Fergie.
Kate said that she was inspired by her famous mom, Goldie Hawn, in the film.
“My mother was a big believer in if you want to do this in your life, you have to go for it,” she told Entertainment Tonight. “For her to watch her daughter [singing and dancing], the essence is we’re performers and that’s in our blood, and she gave a lot of that to me.”
Nine hits theaters in L.A. and NYC on December 18 and will be open nationwide on Christmas (December 25)!
