Gossip Girl couple Blake Lively and Penn Badgley celebrate the “Svedka Vodka Adult Playground Event Series” at NYC hotspot 1Oak on Saturday (October 31).

Blake, 22, was dressed up as a sexy flight attendant and was seen posing with one of the club’s owners, Scott Sartiano, who dressed up as Indiana Jones.

Penn arrived with Blake hand-in-hand and celebrated his 23rd birthday during the Halloween party (they arrived after midnight). In the VIP section of the club, Penn was given a Svedka birthday cake with girlfriend Blake cheering alongside him. When asked what he was dressed up as, Penn told JustJared.com, “I don’t know! I’m a half-assed someone. It was a really last minute costume.” (He wore an afro, an athletic headband and a fake handlebar mustache. His t-shirt also reads “Rope a Dope.”)

Happy birthday, Penn!!!

Blake Lively and Penn Badgley help support Gabrielle’s Angel Foundation at the 2009 Angel Ball at NYC’s Cipriani Wall Street on Tuesday night (October 20).

JustJared.com had the extreme pleasure of interviewing the Gossip Girl couple together but Penn couldn’t talk much because he recently had his upper-left wisdom tooth removed. Blake told me she was wearing a Victoria Beckham ensemble, Lorraine Schwartz jewels and Christian Louboutin pumps. She even did a cute spin for me so I could see her shoes sparkle!

Here’s what Blake shared before being twirled around on the dance floor by Penn during Marvin Gaye’s “Distant Lover”:

JJ: I take it you’ve been nursing Penn back to health after he had his wisdom tooth extracted…

BL: He’s a strong man - he’s doing well. (laughs)

JJ: Did you like his Men’s Health cover?

BL: He always looks extremely handsome. Always!

JJ: What does Gabrielle’s Angel Foundation mean to you?

BL: Cancer research in general is so important. My grandfather had cancer. Also, I’m very close with [jewelry designer] Lorraine Schwartz and this is close to her for personal reasons. So, I wanted to be out here to support her tonight. She got me off work, so I’m very excited!

The evening raised nearly $4 million for cancer research. During the auction, Blake and Penn helped auction off an orange crocodile Hermes “Birkin” bag, which has a five-year year waiting list!. It sold for a whopping $60,000!

Gossip Girl star Penn Badgley hunks it up in plaid on the November 2009 cover of Men’s Health, on stands today.

The 22-year-old actor, who’s dating co-star Blake Lively says, “Having a relationship with someone you work with might not always be the smartest move but it’s been wonderful to be in a relationship where we can both identify with what the other is experiencing.”

On his personal style, Penn adds: “There’s a stigma about looking like you’re tying too hard, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t try at all. I really think that’s a bigger mistake.”

Penn Badgley is tall, dark and handsome covering Da Man Magazine’s October/November 2009 issue. Here are some highlights from Hollywood’s Coolest “It” Boy:

On getting (and turning down!) Gossip Girl: “When I was first offered the part, I respectfully declined! I had done a few other teen shows on the same network and was looking for something new, so I said it wasn’t for me. A few months later, [producer Stephanie Savage] came back and urged me to take another look at the script.”

On his most valued possession: “Definitely my turntables and my record collection.”

On how he deals with the craziness of shooting Gossip Girl: “This might sound jaded, but you adapt to it pretty quickly…It’s not something I think about so much anymore. With modern celebrity and the way the media is so hypersensitive these days, you can’t afford to think about it all the time.”

On dating Blake Lively in the spotlight: “Doing what we’re doing, it can be a potentially dangerous thing, but we have something that was worth the risk and have a great trust and passion for each other.”

Blake Lively comes out to support her boyfriend, Gossip Girl co-star Penn Badgley at the after-party for the premiere of his new movie, The Stepfather at New York City’s Gramercy Park Hotel on Monday (October 12).

Blake, 22, wasn’t able to make it to the red carpet earlier in the evening because she was on her way back from Boston, where she’s been shooting her new movie, The Town. Pictured below on set is her co-star, Mad Men actor Jon Hamm and Blake wearing cheap, fake nails for her character. If you look closely, you’ll notice she still has them on for the after-party!

Penn Badgley joins co-star Amber Heard on the red carpet at premiere of their new movie, The Stepfather at the SVA Theater on Monday (October 12) in New York City.

The 22-year-old actor told JustJared.com about his character in the movie: “His name is Michael and he’s a reformed…for lack of a better word, f—ed up. He’s back at military school and he finds that his stepfather is suspicious.” Check out the trailer for the movie at WelcomeToTheFamily.com.

Blake Lively and Penn Badgley hail a taxi in the Chelsea neighborhood of New York City on Friday afternoon (October 9).

The Gossip Girl couple was seen picking up a few sweet treats from Billy’s Bakery.

As Blake has revealed, she has a sweet tooth and her favorite cupcakes are from Sprinkles. Unfortunately, there isn’t an outpost in New York City, so Billy’s Bakery will have to do!

Earlier in the day, Blake made a special appearance at Saks Fifth Avenue New York to support shoe designer Giuseppi Zanotti, who introduced his Fall 2009 shoe collection.

Penn Badgley and Hilary Duff (in a Pepper + Pistol dress) share another intimate moment on the set of Gossip Girl in the Tribeca neighborhood of New York City on Tuesday, October 6.

When does Penn think of kissing Hilary? “It’s such an unromantic experience!” Penn told JustJared.com “Not only is the crew surrounding us, but there’s a million f—in’ paparazzi - literally, every time we’d do it, we’d hear a machine gun shutter speed.”
