Maggie, 30, can next be seen in the next Batman film, The Dark Knight, in which she plays D.A. Rachel Dawes. The superhero flick is set for a July 18 release.

Maggie, 30, was recently asked how she got the Agent Provocateur ad campaign. She told UK’s Metro, “They asked me to do it and I said yes, but somehow I never put that together with the fact I’d have to stand around in my underwear getting my picture taken. The pictures are very tongue-in-cheek and have an irony about them, it’s not the same as doing a Victoria’s Secret ad. I felt like I was playing a character, someone who wasn’t me… I was looking at them with Peter, saying: ‘I don’t think I look like that, that underwear really is good!’ I couldn’t believe how it made me look. The whole thing was a pleasure to do. When they came out, though, I was a bit surprised. Somehow I hadn’t understood that there’d be all these pictures of me out there in my underwear. I did it as an art project.”

And will she be working with younger brother Jake again? “Maybe at some point,” Maggie said. “We don’t have any plans to do anything now.” More Here! »

Here are some new movie stills from Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal new thriller film Rendition as directed by Gavin Hood (Tsotsi).

Reese stars a the American wife of an Egyptian-born chemical engineer who disappears on a flight from South Africa to Washington. The woman desperately tries to track her husband down, while a CIA analyst (Gyllenhaal) at a secret detention facility outside the U.S. is forced to question his assignment as he becomes party to the man’s unorthodox interrogation.

Rendition is slated for an October 12th release. The film also stars Meryl Streep, Peter Sarsgaard and Alan Arkin.

Maggie, 29, has still yet to be confirmed as Katie Holmes’s replacement in The Dark Knight co-starring Christian Bale as Batman, Aaron Eckhart as Two-Face, and Heath Ledger as The Joker. The Dark Knight is set for a July 18, 2008 release.
