Yes, that Salma Hayek is pregnant AND engaged!

As first reported by The New York Daily News’s Gatecrash columnist Ben Widdicome via PerezHilton.com, Latina bombshell Salma, 40, and French billionaire buisnessman Francois-Henri Pinault, 44, are expecting their very first child together later this year.

Says Salma’s publicist, Ina Treciokas of ID Public Relations: “Businessman, Francois-Henri Pinault, and his fiancee, Salma Hayek, are happy to announce they are expecting the arrival of their first child.”

Since the day he was born, Francois-Henri had money growing out of his ears. His father, tycoon Francois Pinault (second picture below), is the founder of retail company PPR and ranked no. 74 among the world’s richest people in 2006.

Currently, Francois-Henri is the CEO of PPR, which basically runs the luxury-goods market. PPR owns big brands Gucci, Yves Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta, Alexander McQueen, Stella McCartney, and Balenciaga.

Salma was last spotted leaving King Road Cafe in Hollywood on Sunday, March 4 (above). Francois-Henri was last seen in Paris, announcing the 2006 financial results for PPR yesterday, March 8 (third and fourth pictures below).

Congratulations to newly engaged couple! Let the baby bump watch officially begin!

Heidi Klum was spotted yesterday afternoon in NYC’s Chelsea art district on 26th St. between 10th and 11th Ave.  Mom-to-be Heidi (due in November) was accompanied by her husbandd Seal and their two children, 2-year-old daughter Leni and 1-year-old son Henry.  Both looking adorably cute!  More pictures in the gallery…

In fashion news… Heidi Klum will premiere a collection of jewelry for QVC on Sept. 14th @ 7PM ET/PT.  Heidi already has The Heidi Klum Collection, which is in collaboration with century-old fine jewelry house Mouawad. Based on a clover shape, Heidi’s lucky charm, the jewelry ranges from everyday accessories to high-end 18 Karat gold and diamond statement pieces.

Britney Spears (nice sunglasses!) got in some more bonding time with lil sis Jamie Lynn over Labor Day Weekend.  The sister-sister pair got their grub on in Malibu yesterday with a run to fast food chain Taco Bell.  In baby news, Britney is set to give birth to a second child with hubby Kevin Federline later this month.  More pictures in the gallery!

It seems like the meeting of celebrity parents and babies is the hot thing in Hollywood right now. But could you imagine walking through the streets of New York City and seeing this go down? Just yesterday, Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale met up with mom-to-be Heidi Klum (due in November) and Seal met up right outside Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s Asian street food restaurant Spice Market, located in the Meatpacking District. The famous four brought along their little tykes, which includes Heidi and Seal’s 2-year-old daughter Leni and 1-year-old son Henry and Gwen and Gav’s 3-month-old son Kingston. Burgeoning belly Britney Spears is expecting her second child next month (rumored to be a baby girl), so of course she had the munchies last night! Perky as ever, Britney picked up a few scoops from a local ice cream parlor in Malibu and was accompanied by 15-year-old sis Jamie Lynn. More pictures in the gallery!

"Angelina Looks Pregnant Again!" reads In Touch Weekly’s latest headline.  According to the Daily News, the editors at In Touch are basing their story on one photo of Ms. Jolie with a "telltale bump!"

One source claims: "Angie has been looking extremely big around the mid section. She lost a ton of weight after Shiloh was born, and now she seems to have gained it back plus some. Pals are buzzing the reason for the expanded waistline is she’s carrying another baby."

Brad Pitt’s rep was amused by the latest cover story: "It’s so stupid.  That magazine is a joke."
