Of course, the 28-year-old actress wore an Amber Valletta for Monrow creation — a cream pleated 50’s dress.

Earlier in the day, Rachel was seen stopping in at the Four Seasons Hotel for a business meeting before heading to her mother’s home in The Valley.

Rachel Bilson and a few of her gal pals — including Heroes star Kristen Bell and their stylist BFF Nicole Chavez — go on a little shopping spree at The Grove shopping center in West Hollywood on Wednesday afternoon (November 18).

The 28-year-old former O.C. actress stopped by California Chicken Cafe for lunch and went shopping at the Le Sportsac and J.Crew stores.

Rachel stepped out in her favorite studded See by Chloe boots, White + Warren cardigan and Ferragamo scarf.

The 28-year-old actress reportedly got three shots needed before traveling abroad. Looks like she didn’t mind - she sported her bandages proudly and smiled all the way out to her car!

Rachel’s gearing up to shoot Criminal Empire for Dummy’s, also starring Chris Evans and Harvey Keitel.

The gangster film and love story, will have Rachel’s character taking serious revenge on a boyfriend and asking a neighbor for help in the crime.

Rachel Bilson takes care of some shopping in West Hollywood on Wednesday (November 12).

The 28-year-old OC actress stepped out in a pair of See by Chloe boots, a Juicy Couture ruffle cardigan and carried her favorite 3.1 Phillip Lim Edie Bow Studded bag. She was one of the celebrities in attendance at the label’s Spring 2010 show.

Rachel’s next big screen project will be Criminal Empire for Dummy’s. She’ll play an attractive neighbor that kills her abusive boyfriend and asks her ex-Marine neighbor to help dispose the body.

FYI: Rachel’s also carrying a bag that reads “Karl Who?” - a reference to designer Karl Lagerfeld. She’s also wearing a 291 black tissue t-shirt.

Rachel Bilson and her stylist pal Nicole Chavez gran lunch at Pizzeria Mozza and pick up some dinnerware at Maison Midi on Wednesday afternoon (November 11) in West Hollywood.

The 28-year-old actress, who stepped out in Ferragamo’s grey peep-toe shoes with metal heels, recently sounded off on her experience as a guest judge on Project Runway. Rachel told JustJared.com, “It was great. So much fun! It’s my favorite show so I was like a little kid. Heidi [Klum] was really, really nice!”
