Last night, Rachel Bilson and fiance Hayden Christensen honored Dior Homme’s artist director Kris Van Assche at NYC’s Cooper Square Hotel.

Rumors were immediately sparked after Rachel was spotted with gold bands around her engagement ring.

Did Hayden and Rachel elope? Not so, says her rep.

“They were not married over the weekend,” Rachel’s rep tells JustJared.com. “As you know she is known for her fashion forward style. She decided to accessorize the ultimate accessory.”

Rachel Bilson and fiance Hayden Christensen attend a cocktail party in honor of designer Kris Van Assche at The Cooper Square Hotel Penthouse on Tuesday (September 8) in New York City.

The party was hosted by GQ and Dior Homme and honored Kris, who is the Dior Homme artistic director.

Rachel and Hayden (both 28) were seen keeping closing and holding hands. Rachel is also in town for the big event this month: NY Fashion Week!

Rachel Bilson will play a celebrity guest judge on an upcoming episode of Project Runway.

This week, a sandal-clad Tim Gunn gives the fashion designers their a California-themed challenge while on a beach along the Santa Monica Pier.

Rachel’s fashion is spot on and she’s from L.A., so this was the perfect episode for her to join the panel of judges!

Rachel Bilson feeds the meter and then heads to a business meeting in Hollywood on Wednesday afternoon (September 2).
