Grey’s Anatomy hunkadoc Eric Dane, aka Dr. Mark “McStreamy” Sloane, gets the squeeze from actress wife Rebecca Gayheart aboard a private yacht on Sunday in Porto Cervo, Italy.

Gayheart, 35, got frisky in the middle of the boat ride, copping a couple feels of her hunky hubby. Dane, 34, maintained a straight face the entire way through his wife’s public crotch massage. Good thing the boy nearby was busy playing with his PSP!

NAUGHTY, NAUGHTY!

Later in the afternoon, Dane took the pleasure in hosing down Gayheart’s derrière before she went topless tanning on deck.

Ahem. Ya think their stylists coordinated their outfits?

Most of the Grey’s Anatomy stars made it out for the ABC Upfronts at NYC’s Lincoln Center on Tuesday — Ellen Pompeo, Sandra Oh, Kate Walsh, Sara Ramirez, Eric Dane (with wife Rebecca Gayheart and Justin Chambers (with wife Keisha).

Kate, who’s getting her own Grey’s spin-off series called Private Practice, announced her engagement to Fox Studios exec Alex Young at the Upfronts.

Other pictures include the Grey’s cast at the Entertainment Weekly party at NYC’s The Box later in the evening. Pompeo in Yves Saint Laurent top, Stella McCartney pants, Lanvin shoes and H.Stern bracelets.

Noticeably missing from the soirée were all parties involved in the Grey’s war: Isaiah Washington, Patrick Dempsey, T.R. Knight and Katherine Heigl.

In light of the awards season (the Oscars are this weekend), General Motors threw its annual GM TEN event last night — a charity-driven celebrity couture fashion show. It’s where fashion, cars, and Hollywood join forces for one special night.

With 2007 marking the 6th annual, this year’s runway had an all-star lineup including Katherine Heigl, Denise Richards, Jennifer Hudson, Sarah Wayne Callies, Mary J. Blige, Christina Milian, Leah Rimini, Roselyn Sanchez, Emmy Rossum, Shane West, Mario Lopez, David Boreanaz, Tyrese Gibson, Pete Wentz, Mekhi Phifer, Donald Faison, and of course, the Heroes cast — Hayden Panettiere, Milo Ventimiglia, Masi Oka, and Jack Coleman.

Sitting front row: Penelope Cruz (nice Dr. Evil pose), Ashton Kutcher, Demi Moore, Grey’s Anatomy’s Eric Dane and wife Rebecca Gayheart, and America’s Next Top Model’s Eva Pigford sitting next to Russell Simmons.

Who’s wearing who? Katherine Heigl, Denise Richards, and Shane West in Dolce & Gabbana, Jennifer Hudson in Roberto Cavalli, Hayden Panettiere in Louis Becaria, and Mary J. Blige in Collette Dinnigan.

The event was held on Tuesday night at Paramount Studios in Los Angeles.
