Score one for McDreamy and McSteamy! The well-deserved cast of Grey’s Anatomy picked up The People’s Choice Award for “Favorite TV Drama”. Katherine Heigl playfully did bicep curls with the statue. Hah!

Eric Dane (aka Dr. McSteamy) showed some spousal support for wife Rebecca Gayheart last night at Fox’s Fall 2006 Eco-Casino Party at Boulevard3 in Los Angeles, CA. McSteamy recently spoke out about married life with Gayheart: “(Life with her) has been wonderful. On a whim, we ran to Vegas and got married (in Oct. ’04). We’d been together nine months and we just knew.”

Grey’s Anatomy star Eric Dane (aka Dr. McSteamy) and wife Rebecca Gayheart (Vanished) attended an Esquire magazine event last night in Beverly Hills. The event unveiled the ‘Esquire House 360′ during an opening night celebration to benefit ‘The Art of Elysium’ (a charity for children battling serious medical conditions).

The ‘Esquire House 360′ is a 17,000 square-foot Italian villa that was built to mirror the editorial range of Esquire magazine and to reflect the lifestyle of today’s modern man. More pictures in the gallery!
