Rihanna was named one of the 25 Top Stars of 2007 for Entertainment Weekly’s “Entertainers of the Year.” Here are some snippets from her interview:

Celebrity fan she was most surprised by: ”Celine Dion. I’ve been in Europe for maybe a couple weeks now, traveling and doing a lot of press and tour rehearsal. We’ve done, like, three TV shows at the same time. And every time she sees me, she’s always singing one of my songs. I just love her! She is a legend. And if she only knew how starstruck I was meeting her.”

The career she’d most like to have besides her own: ”Kate Moss’. She just looks like she has a fun job. I know it’s hard work, but she’s a very successful model. I would like to try something different instead of just singing. If I had to spend a day in the life of another career, it would be hers.”

Before picking up favorite female soul/R&B artist at the AMAs, Rihanna goes on a massive shopping spree with friends in Los Angeles on Saturday.

Her entourage helped hit up Fred Segal, Madison, a body piercing & tatoo shop on Melrose and then the GAP at The Grove, where she picked up a shopping bag full of goodies.

Rihanna even stopped for an ice cream cone at Haagen-Dazs.

Rihanna performed a classical rendition of her smash hit “Umbrella” and a “Hate That I Love You” duet with Ne-Yo at the 2007 American Music Awards on Sunday.

The Barbados babe also picked up Favorite Female Soul/R&B Artist, beating out Beyonce and Fantasia. Congrats, Rihanna!

Rihanna checks out Hotel de la Tremoille on Monday in Paris, France and makes her way down Avenue Montaigne.

The “Umbrella” singer took a break from performing as she did in the French capital Sunday night. Rihanna popped into several designer boutiques including Chanel and Louis Vuitton and checked her Blackberry Curve between shopping sessions.

The always fashionable Rihanna wore a cute striped jacket, black leggings and a pair of sexy thigh-high stiletto boots.

For the millionth time, Rihanna squashes rumors that she’s dating actor Josh Harnett.

This is the fake quote Rihanna supposedly gave at the World Music Awards in Monte Carlo last weekend: “I would be lying if I told you [Josh and I] were not more than just friends. I have so fallen for him, he is lovely. He is so hot and he is really sweet to me. When we hang out it feels right - even though it’s still pretty new.”

Rihanna says, “That is completely incorrect. People quote me on things that I never said. That quote is not a real quote. It’s not right at all.”

Here’s the real translation: Rihanna’s still single, guys! There’s hope for you yet!
