Rihanna is finally opening up about the aftermath of being assaulted by Chris Brown in February.

“I went to sleep as Rihanna and woke up as Britney Spears,” the 21-year-old songstress tells Glamour. “That was the level of media chaos that happened the next day… The positive thing that has come out of my situation is that people can learn from that. I want to give as much insight as I can to young women, because I feel like I represent a voice that really isn’t heard.”

Rihanna will be honored at Glamour’s annual Women of the Year event Monday at New York’s Carnegie Hall. There will be a “special musical performance” that night. Any guesses?

Rihanna will speak out for the first time about what happened with Chris Brown on ABC beginning this Thursday.

Starting on Good Morning America on November 5 (Thursday) and 6 (Friday), then on 20/20 Friday evening, Rihanna will speak candidly to Diane Sawyer about her relationship with Chris, what happened and how she’s been doing since the incident nine months ago.

Rihanna dresses up as a sexy tiger while posing with glamour model Coco at a Halloween party at M2 Ultra Lounge in the Chelsea neighborhood of New York City on Saturday night (October 31).

Coco was, of course, accompanied by her husband, rapper/actor Ice-T. Looks like they’re dressed up for an S&M movie!

The Halloween party was hosted my Mariah Carey and her husband Nick Cannon.

The grainy black-and-white cover was shot by iconic photographer Ellen von Unwerth in Berlin on October 8-9 (after Rihanna hit up Paris Fashion Week).

Von Unwerth tells Popeater, “Rihanna was looking to create something a bit new for the look of the album. She’s so beautiful, sweet and tough at the same time–and a pleasure to shoot. We had so much fun giving her a bit of edge–I loved taking her beauty and finding a new dramatic look. She’s fantastic to work with–very giving, very creative, very involved in every aspect of the shoot, and ready to push the boundaries.”

The wait is ova! Rihanna announces the completion of her fourth original studio album, Rated R, out Monday, November 23rd.

Rated R’s first single is called Russian Roulette and the Anthony Mandler-directed video will premiere on ABC primetime. The song was written and produced by fellow Def Jam artist Ne-Yo.

Rihanna looks fierce in a leather jacket and bright lipstick as she leaves a recording studio in New York City on Monday night (October 19).

The 21-year-old Barbadian belle will have a new song out at 8:23 AM PST (that’s 11:23 Eastern time) on Ryan Seacrest’s show. Ryan reported yesterday on his Twitter that the song is called “Russian Roulette”.

Rihanna looks sleek in a slicked back mullet and leather jacket as she arrives at Milk Studios in Manhattan’s Meatpacking District on Monday (October 19).

Over the weekend, the 21-year-old Bajan songstress shot the music video of “The Wait Is Ova.” Check out some of the video footage below of Rihanna shooting. You can even hear some of the new song. Sounds like a hit!

Rihanna keeps warm in a fur-like infinity scarf as arrives at a music studio in the Chelsea neighborhood of New York City on Saturday (October 17).

The 21-year-old Barbadian songstress, who toted around the Alexander Wang studded bottom “Coco” duffle, is continuing work on her upcoming album. The first single is reportedly called “The Wait Is Ova” and will drop in about two days. The song is going to take over the world for sure!

On Friday, Rihanna recorded her new music video in Washington Heights, New York City.
