Rihanna dons a strange feathery headpiece as she continues to shoot her new “Disturbia” music video in Los Angeles on Monday.

In another strange (but very hot) outfit, the 20-year-old Barbadian beauty wore tattered pieces of tartan in various colors, fishnet stockings and bright red pumps.

This video is shaping up to be another hot hot hit!

“Disturbia” was co-written and feautres background vocals by boyfriend Chris Brown. The director of the music video is famed photographer/director David LaChapelle.

Rihanna keeps it rocker cute in a skull & bones hair bow as she takes a relaxing Sunday afternoon off with her girlfriends in West Hollywood.

The 20-year-old R&B princess made two performance this past weekend on Pete Wentz’s music-video mission show, FNMTV.

Rihanna(in Emma Cook) follows in her main man Chris Brown’s shadow as they buy groceries together at a supermarket in West Hollywood on Thursday.

The pair (not a couple!) did not walk directly next to each other and kept a safe distance away from one another. But what’s the point when you’re photographed in the same picture together?!

Brown reportedly said they are taking their relationship to the next level, however. He said, “Our relationship is growing. We started off as friends and we’re getting a little bit closer now… But I don’t want to let down all my girlfriends, so all the ladies out there, I still love y’all!”

Adam Levine of pop rock band Maroon 5 poses with R&B princess Rihanna during the taping of MTV’s “FNMTV” on Wednesday in Hollywood.

The pair sang their new duet version of “If I Never See Your Face Again” off the re-release of Maroon 5’s album.

R&B style queen Rihanna sits next to her unofficial beau Chris Brown during the 2008 BET Awards held at the Shrine Auditorium on Tuesday in Los Angeles.

Rihanna arrived at the BET Awards in style, wearing an eye-catching Giambattista Valli dress.

Here are some more deets about Rihanna’s shoulder tattoo. It says “IV. LXXXVI”, which is the Roman numeral for 4.86, the date of birth of her best friend. Apparently this best friend of hers is “closer than people from her own family.”

Rihanna (in Giambattista Valli) is a vision in yellow at the 2008 BET Awards held at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles on Tuesday.

She shined so much, her current boy-toy Chris Brown won the first award of the evening! Chris won best male R&B artist and thanked “my mom, God, everybody. If I leave y’all out, I’m sorry.”

Missy Elliot as well as Kobe Bryant won some awards early this evening as well.

Congrats to all the winners!

Rihanna sat down with the ladies from The View in Las Vegas on Monday morning. Co-host Sherri Shepherd got right to the point and asked Rihanna what was going on with her and hottie Chris Brown.

Rihanna giggled and replied, “We hang out a lot. We’re very close. He’s an amazing person but we are not dating. We’re very close friends, though. Very, very close.” Co-host Whoopi Goldberg then proceeded to ask what the difference was between dating someone and being a close friend. Rihanna said, “There’s a very big difference. I think you know!”

When asked about her tattoos, Rihanna explained the new one on her left shoulder: “They’re Roman numerals. Me and my best friend got the same thing. It’s her DOB (date of birth) and she has mine.”

P.S. Yesterday around noon, Rihanna and Chris Brown stopped by the GBK gifting suite after their rehearsal slots for the BET Awards. RiRi helped Chris pick out some New Balance kicks (10.5 limited edition 576 in purple). He liked the reflective detailing and the blue vintage running shoe, saying, “Yah. I like that. That’s old school!” The pair seemed very much a couple, smiling and touching constantly!
