Reese Witherspoon and 9-year-old daughter Ava Phillippe take sips from their lemonades after picking up lunch at the Tavern restaurant on Saturday (September 19) in Brentwood, Calif.

The 33-year-old actress recently wrapped a new movie, tentatively titled the Untitled James L. Brooks Project. The film, scheduled for release in late 2010, is set in Washington, D.C., and based around the love triangle between a female softball player (Witherspoon), Major League pitcher (Owen Wilson) and investment broker (Paul Rudd).

Jake Gyllenhaal takes his girlfriend Reese Witherspoon’s kids — Ava, 9, and Deacon, 5 — to run in the 5K Chilmark Road Race on Saturday (August 8) on Martha’s Vineyard, Mass.

Jake finished in 53rd place in a field of over 1,500 runners. His finish time was 20 minutes and 43 seconds (he was 26th for his age group). Jake’s mother, screenwriter, Naomi Foner, was seen running alongside Deacon.

Jake was also seen saying hello to fellow runner Doug Liman, director of The Bourne Identity.

Reese Witherspoon and beau Jake Gyllenhaal take her kids, Ava, 9, and Deacon, 5, to the Elton John and Billy Joel concert held on Saturday night (August 1) at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia, Penn.

Deacon had the best view in the house, sitting stop Jake’s shoulders. During the 3-1/2 hour show, Elton dedicated the song “Tiny Dancer” to Reese, saying, “Reese, this one’s for you, girl.”

The happy family danced to “Crocodile Rock” with Reese and Jake bumping their hips together.

Reese is in town shooting the not-yet-titled James L. Brooks movie.

Ryan Phillippe helps coach his son Deacon, 5, at his Little League baseball game in Los Angeles on Saturday morning (June 6).

Also in attendance was his daughter Ava, 9, and his girlfriend, Aussie actress Abbie Cornish.

Other pictures include Ryan, Abbie and his BFF Breckin Meyer playing Xbox 360 using the upcoming control-less technology known as Project Natal during the E3 Expo in L.A.

Reese Witherspoon takes her 5-year-old son Deacon and 9-year-old daughter Ava to a Little League baseball game in Los Angeles on Saturday (May 30).

On a similar note, the 33-year-old actress has been playing softball lately as she continues to prepare for an upcoming still-untitled movie with Owen Wilson.

Reese is also slated to be in a sci-fi comedy called Used Guys that was put on hold several years ago. The movie, which originally had Jim Carrey for the lead role, will now have Ben Stiller and Reese in the guy-centric comedy.

Jake Gyllenhaal grabs a cup of coffee with Deacon Phillippe, girlfriend Reese Witherspoon’s son, on Sunday morning (May 17) in Ojai, Calif.

Back in December, Jake and Reese went on a double date hiking trip in Ojai with Robert Downey Jr. and his wife Susan.

Yesterday, Reese took Deacon to his Little League baseball game.

The 32-year-old actress was recently nominated for the 2009 Kids’ Choice Awards. Reese’s work in Four Christmases was recognized as a contender for Favorite Female Movie Star. Other competitors include: Jennifer Aniston (Marley & Me), Anne Hathaway (Get Smart) and Vanessa Hudgens (High School Musical 3: Senior Year).
