The 26-year-old actress, who wore Catherine Malandrino, was also joined by her co-star Wilmer Valderrama.

America finished her look with a Philip Lim belt, Christian Louboutin shoes, Ippolita jewels and a Cesare Paciotti clutch!

America Ferrera and her fiance, Ryan Piers Williams, arrive in style together at the Imagen Awards, held at the Century Plaza Hotel on Sunday (August 15) in Los Angeles.

The 26-year-old actress (in Catherine Malandrino with Christian Louboutin shoes) was honored at the award show, which celebrates the best in Latinos and Latino culture in entertainment.

America picked up the Best Actress/Television Award and was honored with two other nominations for her work on the big screen.

America Ferrera snuggles up to her fiance - and director - Ryan Piers Williams at the New York International Latino Film Festival premiere of The Dry Land on Tuesday (July 27) in New York City.

The 26-year-old actress wore a purple Brian Reyes fold front dress to the premiere on the first day of the film festival.

America and Ryan announced their engagement in mid-June, but the two are so busy right now that they haven’t had time to plan their wedding!

“Right now, the only thing I’m sure of is that there will be a cake and music!” America told People.

The film is Ryan Piers Williams‘ feature film debut as a director! The Dry Land tells the story of an Iraq war vet who returns home to Texas and deals with post-traumatic stress disorder after replaying the events of his combat experience in his mind.

Just Jared saw The Dry Land at Sundance in February and to say the least, the film is intense! It’s a story that needs to be told and after watching the film, you’ll gain a new appreciation for our troops!

FYI: Ryan is America’s fiance! He first directed her in a student film at USC.
