Scarlett Johansson is officially announced as the new Face of Mango at Santo Mauro Hotel on Monday (July 13) in Madrid, Spain.

Mango calls the 24-year-old actress the perfect face for its brand, describing her as “embodying the ideal Mango woman; chic, independent, and cosmopolitan. Johansson exudes a confident demeanor while remaining youthful and playful.”

Scarlett’s husband Ryan Reynolds recently revealed that the couple has every intention to adopt children.

Scarlett Johansson and her new husband Ryan Reynolds will be turning to adoption at some point.

Ryan tells UK’s Glamour magazine, “My oldest brother is adopted and I have every intention of adopting at some time. I’m very grateful for having my brother in my life. I couldn’t be more pro-adoption. There are plenty of kids in the world that need it.”

As for his beauty and brains, Ryan shared, “I have my father’s face and body, but my mother’s unshakeable thirst for knowledge. She works part-time jobs, but basically she’s been a student her whole life. She still goes to university and she’s in her 60s.”

In 2006, singer/songwriter Pete Yorn contacted Scarlett Johansson with the idea to record a duets album in the spirit of Serge Gainsbourg’s 1960s recordings with Brigitte Bardot.

“I was having a strange week of insomnia and when I finally passed out, it came to me in a dream,” says Yorn. “I woke up and the whole thing was in my head, fully formed.” Scarlett was intrigued by Yorn’s out-of-the-blue invitation. “It sounded like an interesting little adventure,” she explains. “The idea of two people vocalizing their relationship through duets.”

The album Break Up was recorded in producer Sunny Levine’s garage studio and is set for a September 8 release. “I always thought of it as just a small project between friends,” explains Scarlett. “I’ve loved the album ever since I heard it completed. It perfectly captured where I was in my life at the time.”

Scarlett Johansson has taken to the Huffington Post to voice her opinion about issues that many women struggle with — weight, eating disorders and treatment options.

The 24-year-old married actress writes about exercising and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Here’s a snippet: “People come in all shapes and sizes and everyone has the capability to meet their maximum potential. Once filming is completed, I’ll no longer need to rehash the 50 ways to lift a dumbbell, but I’ll commit to working out at least 30 minutes a day and eating a balanced diet of fruit, vegetables and lean proteins. Pull ups, crunches, lunges, squats, jumping jacks, planks, walking, jogging and push ups are all exercises that can be performed without fancy trainers or gym memberships. I’ve realized through this process that no matter how busy my life may be, I feel better when I take a little time to focus on staying active. We can all pledge to have healthy bodies no matter how diverse our lifestyles may be.”

Last week, Ryan, 32, and Scarlett, 24, were spotted cruising down Sunset Blvd. on his vintage motorcycle.

Mr. Reynolds can next be seen in the superhero flick X-Men Origins: Wolverine as Wade Wilson/Deadpool. “I think the X-Men fans are going to be absolutely in love with this movie,” he told the LA Times. “I think it’s a … you know, they’ve had three movies to kind of understand what it is that audiences are looking for, especially in these characters.”
