71-year-old Woody describes Scarlett Johansson, 22, as “criminally sexy” in an e-mail sent to Vogue about his Match Point muse, reports USA Today.

“She is unlike anyone who has come before her, and while she is a much stronger actress in every way, there is a tiny bit of Marilyn Monroe in her zaftig humidity.”

Here are a few more highlights from Scarlett’s interview with Vogue:

• On singing praises about Woody: “I’d sew the hems of his pants if he asked me to.”
• On having “fun” with Justin Timberlake: “We had fun together, but it’s not like the first time I’ve ever hung out with him. I think this happens because we’re both single and in the spotlight, and obviously Justin’s a very high-profile person.”
• On her and Justin being an item: “Not true.”
• On her break-up with Josh Hartnett: “I’d rather not comment on my personal life in that way.”

Parade Magazine has the scoop on Scarlett Johansson in this coming Sunday’s issue with an interview by James Kaplan and photographs by Andrew Eccles.

• On looking like a boy: “I don’t think my features are entirely feminine. Yes, I have full lips and obviously I have no facial hair. But…take somebody like Penelope Cruz. She’s so feminine. Think about it. She has, like, long eyelashes, and to me she just looks very feminine. When I wake up in the morning and I have no makeup on, like right now, I think I look like a young boy.”
• On avoiding the paparazzi: “There’s plenty of restaurants and neighborhoods that I just try to avoid. It sucks—especially in New York, because you want to feel like you can walk around anywhere. But it’s okay. I think it’s an adjustment. It’s horrible that you have to make the adjustment, but being as I can’t change the state of where we are now, and I’m sure it will never change, you just have to make the adjustment. What’s the alternative? I don’t want to move to the middle of nowhere. I’m a city kid.”
• On being called sexy: “It’s a nice compliment, I guess. It’s funny, because for a male actor the idea of being sexy can be very daunting. A lot of young male actors want to be chameleons and play all different kinds of characters. For a woman, I think it’s always a compliment to have people think you’re attractive.”

Scarlett, 22, was last spotted shopping in Paris yesterday with BFF Jessica Biel shortly after sitting in on the Louis Vuitton runway show. Five different Reebok ads have also been launched featuring the lovely Scarlett.

Scarlett Johansson and Jessica Biel team up as co-Presidents in the “We May or May Not Be Justin Timberlake’s Former Lovers And We’re Not Telling You” Club on Monday afternoon in Paris, France.

Scarlett lunched at the quaint Spoon restaurant and browsed through the Louis Vuitton showroom. After quickly making her escape out through the back door, Scarlett, 22, met up with her new best friend Biel, 25. The unlikely pair shopped together at the chic luxury shop “Le Bon Marche.”

Buxom beaut Scarlett Johansson causes quite the frenzy at the Louis Vuitton show on Sunday during Paris Fashion Week. Models paraded down the catwalk in shimmering, slim outfits by designer Marc Jacobs .

Says 22-year-old advertising face of Vuitton on the runway show: “I thought it was amazing. I thought it was beautiful. And I was really happy to see how wearable everything is.”

Scarlett added that the collection had a “Hitchcockian” feel to it.

Wow, everything about Scarlett’s look is outrageous! From the braided Louis Vuitton bag to the platform-like shoes to the standout hair. Outrageous!

Scarlett Johansson loves Reebok and so should you!

The lovely Scarlett Johansson has teamed with Reebok to create her own a sporty clothing line, called Scarlett Hearts Rbk.

Says Scarlett, 22, “It’s a lifestyle collection.You can go directly from the gym, slip it on [and] go to meet your friends for coffee. [It's] a mixture of both the ultrafeminine and urban lifestyle.”

Scarlett Johanasson skipped out of the Osacrs for good reason. She was on a 10-day stint through India and Sri Lanka, raising awareness about global poverty with international agency Oxfam!

Above is Scarlett, 22, visiting the children of the Oxfam-funded Dalit school in the north Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. How cute are they!

Said Scarlett, who is currently in India: “I met a young girl, Gudiya, at a school for Dalit children, a community considered to be the lowest class. She was an amazing, bright young girl, full of ambition and attending the fifth grade. When asked what she wanted to be when she grew up, she said ‘a government official’. Every morning she rises at three a.m. to study and then complete the household chores before walking for half an hour to school. I asked her how she felt she would be able to raise her family and also hold a government position. She responded confidently, ‘I can manage.’ Her self-pride and drive to succeed was an obvious outcome from her schooling.”

All my geek fantasies have been fulfilled.

Scarlett Johansson picked up the coveted “Pudding Pot” for winning Harvard University’s Hasty Pudding Theatricals 2007 Woman of the Year award. Scarlett, 22, picked up her prize (and a Pudding Pig?) during a parade down Massachusetts Avenue into Harvard Square in Cambridge, Mass., Thursday afternoon, Feb. 15.

“Thank you so much for this fabulous golden pot. It’s been such a wonderful day. This is the closest I’ll ever get to a Harvard degree for sure,” Scarlett said.

Be sure to check out this photo of Scarlett parodying her Vanity Fair cover, where she posed nude alongside Keira Knightley and Tom Ford. Scarlett was so embarrassed by the Vanity Fair cover that was prominently displayed poster-size, she tried covering up her bits!

Harvard will present Ben Stiller with the 2007 Man of the Year award on Friday, Feb. 23.
