Heidi Klum goes shopping with her parents and her 2-year-old son Henry during their annual holiday family vacation in Aspen, Colorado on Christmas Eve.

While on their way through town, Henry spotted some balloons attached to a sandwich board on the street. He wanted one and Heidi kept him happy by tearing a balloon off for him.

Luxury jeweler Van Cleef and Arpels sued Heidi’s company on Friday, claiming she copied a vintage clover jewelry design. The suit, filed in Manhattan federal court, seeks more than $25,000 in damages from Heidi’s company Heidi Klum GmbH and Mouawad USA, another company she has designed jewelry for. More Here! »

Seal and his supermodel wife Heidi Klum continue their annual ski and snowboard vacation in Aspen, Colorado on Wednesday.

The super couple and two of their kids — Leni, 3 1/2, Henry, 2 — were spotted leaving their resort. Bundled up in a bubble coat, Seal stopped off at a ski shop to make a few purchases along the way.

Heidi Klum and hunky husband Seal take their kids Leni (carried by Seal), Henry (hidden in the family nanny’s stroller) and Johan (carried by Heidi) to have their photos taken with Santa in Los Angeles on Saturday.

The family received the celebrity treatment and skipped to the front of the line to visit Father Christmas in his workshop.

Leni is 3 1/2, Henry is 2 and Johan turned one-year-old earlier this week!

Not content with supermodel and tv host stardom, multi-talented mother of three Heidi Klum took to the stage at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show not only to strut her stuff in skimpy skivvies, but also to sing!

Heidi says her live singing debut was a one-time-only event done as a favor for her hubby/singer Seal. Complimented on her voice, Klum was modest. “Ah, stop it,” she said. “He asked me to do this, and I did this for him. Just for today.” Awww!

The couple’s romantic duet, “Wedding Day,” ended with a lingering kiss against a backdrop of falling rose petals.

The two reunited for another performance later in the show. This time, Seal sang solo, serenading Heidi with his song “Amazing,” as she hit the runway in a silver corset with an enormous silver snowflake on her back.

Top Victoria’s Secret model and Project Runway host Heidi Klum arrives hand-in-hand with singer and husband Seal at the Kodak Theatre on Thursday for the 2007 Victoria’s Secret fashion show.

On the pink carpet, the photogenic couple stuck to all-black ensembles - a LBD with intricate webbing details for her, an open-breasted tux for him - before changing it up for their fashion show performances.

At the after party, Seal took it down a notch, adding a white tee, and let Heidi take the spotlight in silver heels and a sequined purple, fuschia and gold minidress, with a plunging back open way way way way down to there.

Seal on his love at first sight:”She had this amazing dress on, this black, almost see-through dress, and this huge smile on her face,” he says. “I remember thinking, ‘Wow, whoever goes out with that girl is one lucky guy…’”

Heidi on Seal’s car collection: “He’s got a Volkswagen Tiguan, a Volkswagen Beetle, a T5, an R8, a Spider, another Audi and some others. He also wants a Bentley convertible. Our garage looks like a car park.”

Seal enjoying Heidi’s non-pregnant body: “Our youngest child is now 11 months old, so I’ve told Heidi we’re booting him out of the bedroom. I’m not having it any more. This is the longest time I’ve known Heidi without her being pregnant. She’s got her body back and it’s real good fun!”

Seal on his biological mother reclaiming him from his foster family: “I remember that day so clearly. My mother took me and we sat on the bus. I was on the seat next to the conductor in one of those old-style double-decker buses and my mother was sitting on my right. I was screaming the whole time I was on that bus - and we never saw eye to eye from that day on. I have very strong views on fostering and I believe that once you give your child up to be fostered, that’s effectively an adoption situation and you shouldn’t be allowed to reclaim your child.”

FYI: When Heidi was on Oprah last week, she shared the first time she met Seal, who was wearing bicycle shorts at the time. “I met him in a hotel lobby in New York City and he came in just from the gym and I was sitting there and I was, like, wow,” Heidi told Oprah. “And I pretty much saw everything. The whole package.”

Other pictures include Heidi taking her 2-year-old son Henry Gunther Ademola Dashtu Samuel to a Halloween festival at the Beverly Hills Presbyterian Church in Beverly Hills last Thursday. Henry was dressed as the Marvel comics super villain Venom.

Seal gives cameras the thumbs up on the beach in Santa Monica on Friday as he keeps his arm around his leading lady, German supermodel Heidi Klum (wearing her own jewelry line).

The cute couple frolicked and reportedly filmed a segment for The Oprah Winfrey Show but it looks like they’re filming another commercial for Volkswagen since they are driving in a Green Volkswagen Beetle.

Seal, 44, and Heidi, 34, filmed a commercial for the “Volkswagen Tiguan” in Los Angeles last month.

German supermodel pimping German automaker!

Spokesparents Heidi Klum and Seal shoot an ad in casual clothing for the new compact crossover SUV “Volkswagen Tiguan” at the Disney Hall in downtown Los Angeles on Tuesday.

Dayum, Heidi is looking flippin’ fantastic! Sales for this vehicle is expected to star early 2009.

And here’s a little name history: Tiguan is a combination of the words tiger and iguana.
