Selena Gomez is cute as as button in a white lacy dress at the High School Musical 3: Senior Year premiere at the Galen Center at the University Of Southern California on Thursday in L.A.

The 16-year-old actress recently confessed that she’d love to take part in the continuing of the High School Musical franchise: “I think that would be fun. I love singing and dancing. I would have to say I’d love to play Sharpay because I just know Ashley Tisdale is not that mean girl in real life and it’s fun to see her play something she’s not.”

Selena’s show, The Wizards of Waverly Place, airs this Sunday @ 8:30PM ET/PT on Disney Channel.

Selena Gomez sits front row at Eco-Ganik’s fashion show on Wednesday at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in Culver City, Calif.

The 16-year-old Wizard of Waverly Place star just recently designed a shirt for Mis Quince Magazine and Palomita Clothing to help promote the teen latina magazine’s “Dream for 15″ campaign. Mis Quince helps young girls plan for their quinceañera, a huge celebration that is as big as a sweet sixteen. “Dream for 15″ is about dreaming big for your party while dreaming even bigger for the next 15 years of your life.

Selena’s design features butterflies and has three mottos on the inside of their wings: “Dream Out Loud”, “Believe in Yourself” and “Love Always”. The $15 t-shirts are available to purchase at PalomitaClothing.com for $15.

The 16-year-old Wizards of Waverly Place starlet met up with Wizards guest director Justine Bateman backstage (pictured below). Justine Bateman directed recent episode Racing, where Alex finally gets a boyfriend.

The on-screen Wizard-in-training recently gushed on how she much loves High School Musical. With a fourth film already in the beginning stages, Selena confessed that she’d love to take part in the continuing franchise: “I think that would be fun. I love singing and dancing.”

Selena Gomez cheers on her stepdad Brian during a baseball game at a local park in LA on Sunday.

The 16-year-old Wizards of Waverly Place star sipped on a large Del Taco soda while watching the game from the stands. She also had fun walking and playing with her dog while she watched the baseball game.

While Selena was watching the game, a friend stood next to her, lowered his pants, and mooned the cameras!

Disney starlet Selena Gomez gets fierce on the runway at the 5th Annual Runway For Life benefiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital presented by Disney’s Tinker Bell (on DVD and Blu-ray) on Saturday at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills.

Hilary and Haylie Duff were also in attendance at the show.

Sel, 16, sings the the track Fly to Your Heart on the Tinker Bell soundtrack.

Sel, is currently involved with the 2008 Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF campaign which helps to raise money for needy children.

“I am extremely excited to be this year’s Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF spokesperson,” said Selena. “I want to help encourage other kids to make a difference in the world!”

Selena Gomez stops in for a frozen yogurt treat at Menchie’s in Los Angeles on Wednesday.

The 16-year-old Wizards of Waverly Place star was recently named spokesperson for the 2008 Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF campaign, which encourages children to make Halloween count by helping other children around the world.

“I am extremely excited to be this year’s Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF spokesperson,” said Selena. “I want to help encourage other kids to make a difference in the world and show them that Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF is such a great, fun way to get involved.”

“We are thrilled to have Selena be a part of the Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF program this year,” said Caryl Stern, President and CEO of the U.S. Fund for UNICEF. “Young people can relate to Selena, and she is a great role model who we believe will greatly enhance the visibility of the program.”

Selena Gomez shops at Urban Outfitters on Sunday with mom Mandy before picking up some ice cream at Ben & Jerry’s in Studio City, Calif.

The 16-year-old Wizards of Waverly Place just confessed to TV Guide that she’s “getting to know” the youngest Jonas Brother, Nick (also 16).

“I’ve gotten really close to the entire Jonas family this past year,” Selena admitted. “Nick and I are getting to know each other, but we’re not confirming anything.”

She even extended an invitation to Transformers star Shia LaBeouf: “I’ve had a crush on him ever since he was on Even Stevens. It’s very far-fetched, but I would love to have Shia on Wizards.”

When asked if she considers herself a role model, Selena said, “I’m going to do the best that I can do, but I am 16 and I am going to make mistakes – no one’s perfect. To be honest, I’m quite boring! I love to go bowling and to the movies. When it comes to my wardrobe, I think I dress like a 30-year-old woman.”
